I feel like Nico is the kind of person who when asked/told to do something active he complains a lot but then ends up being one of the best people at whatever he’s doing.

Like the whole camp has to run a mile one day for something and he has to be dragged outside by Will (literally) while complaining. Then they start and he passes everyone but a few random campers and some children of Ares with ease.
