so i havent heard the full thing yet BUT from the snippet i heard…

1. everybody is mad at the autotune as if an electronic influence doesnt make its own subgenre of rock. i would love to hear how her voice grows over time but reminder she is TWELVE and just starting out. with her being a kardashian she has the resources to get better training and instrumental lessons over time. i’d like to see where this goes, be mad at her privilege all you want. she didnt get to choose her parents, why take your jealousy out on a child that does not know you

2. once again, she is a CHILD! twelve years old is SO young, and not to get extreme but i just have to assume that every bitter man out there that is shitting on her is a jealous misogynist or p3dophile, probably both. and i know that in general misogyny is a huge issue but the way people are talking about her (all ugly grown men with nothing going on for themselves i’ve noticed btw) is disgusting and we should not be judging a twelve year old child like shes a thirty year old woman. she isnt even a teenager yet! jesus!

when i said she was doing good for how old she is i received a reply to my comment that simply said “no.” went to that dudes profile, only had a creepy doll collection that he loves to brag about on his page. immediate block, zero room to judge.

someone else said i was bootlicking the kardashians. HELL no. i dont like the kardashians and i hate kanye west the nazi just as much as the next guy. but, once again, this little girl (LITTLE GIRL!!!) did not choose who her parents are. she dressed up as babymetal with her friends for halloween. im sure she is genuinely loving discovering alternative music just as much as any other preteen/tweenage kid out there. immediate block.

got a couple more comments from gross older men judging north west that i have since forgotten but also blocked. i feel like once entertainers/performers have hit a spotlight of any capacity people like to throw their age out the window (unless theyre “good,” then people like to say things like “omg youre so talented for your age!” and etc). this happens with both girls AND boys, and detriments appear in their futures far more frequently than not because of this. children creating art owe you nothing and they should especially not be held to the same standards as grown adults. and especially not on their first release!
