Listen, listen, I know it was made to look like a rose because Rose has an ego... But oh my gosh it's pretty. It is so, so pretty. Like this is one of those buildings I wish could be real it's so pretty and because it's such a good design. Especially at night when the entire flower is glowing red.

Though thinking about the stadium in-universe, it does make me wonder if they'd ever change the design in the future now that Rose isn't Chairman anymore.

Ho-Oh

Ho-Oh Nicknames:

Everburn (A fantastic original name. It suggests a flame that never dies—a wonderful metaphor for immortality and rebirth.)

Birdramon / Ra (It’s a combination of the following terms: “Bird”, “Ra” and “Mon”. Ho-Oh looks like a bird in appearance; “Ra” is the Egyptian sun god who also had the face of a bird. And lastly, Mon is an abbreviation for “Monster”.)

Rainbowfire (It’s a brilliant nickname because Ho-Oh’s body glows in several colours and a “rainbow” is also said to form behind it as it flies. Ho-Oh is also a fire type Pokemon, so the nickname seems perfect for it.)

Gold (This nickname’s super in my opinion! Because not only is Ho-Oh the mascot of the Pokémon Gold and Heart Gold series, but its shiny form is literally gold in colour!)

Lifebird (In Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, Ho-Oh is said to have resurrected decreased Pokemon from a burning Tower! Ho-Oh also has the appearance of a bird and has access to the ability “Regenerator”, which grants it a new lease of life every time it switches into battle.)

Suncrest (Short, regal, and elegant. It immediately evokes Ho-Oh’s golden crest while tying it to the sun. It feels incredibly natural.)

Solwing / Blazewing (I genuinely love this one. A fusion of “Solar” and “Wing."It’s concise, memorable, and sounds like an official Legendary title. The latter nickname is very similar, and it also sounds incredibly fierce!)

Ho-Oh Facts:

Ho-Oh has a mythical power to resurrect the dead. Ho-Oh was the only known Pokémon to learn Sacred Fire, its former signature move.

It is said that when it flies, its huge wings create bright, colourful rainbows. The rare few who witness Ho-Oh are promised eternal happiness.

Ho-Oh used to perch at the top of the Bell Tower (or Tin Tower) until the Brass Tower was destroyed by fire. It now presumably flies through the world’s skies in search of a Trainer with a pure heart.
