Made some changes to the modular and patched up something generative. Notes played are randomized from a scale I programmed and the hat is trigger via a randomized and rythm I locked in using the Turning Machine. Free floating cv’s adujst the rate of the delay om the fly. A generative modular patch controlled and played by an expanded Moog Mother 32 and a Roland TB-03. This was then Layered with a granular randomized drone of a piano sample by a Bastl MicroGranny v2.0. The signal was all ran through a TC Electronics Hall of fame reverb and a Strymon El Capistan Delay pedal to add space. A final layer of reverb and grain delay was added while recording into ableton for a larger stereo effect with a wider spatial presence.

The patch is based on 3 VCAs being modulated by 2 LFOs while the cycling envelopes open and close filters while locked to the keyboard's gate. The main exploration was to explore different timings and uses of synced and unsynced  modulation sources.

This patch is driven by the coupling of the mother along with a Mutable instruments Braids. The two sound sources were mixed and further sculpted between the mother's lfo and envelope generator. The patch is ran through 2 VCAs driven by cyclic envelopes for added variation while the mother's step sequencer drives a repeated melodic line. The mother's filter was used to adjust timber while a second filter is used post effect pedal to filter the final signal.
