Over the years, this dish for grilled shrimp has been almost impossible to photograph well. On a lark, I decided to take a quick snapshot last night as they came off the fire, and for once, I was pleased with the picture. In hindsight, it would have been a nice touch to add a wedge of lemon to the plate, but oh well!
I posted the recipe for this shrimp twelve years ago! Even though I no longer post on tango-mango regularly, it’s still my go-to cookbook. I look up my favorite recipes on this site at least twice a week.
