Everyone Is You Pushed Out (EIYPO)(+ My Personal Experience)🐈
One of the most misunderstood concepts in the Law of Assumption is Everyone Is You Pushed Out (EIYPO). Many people hear this phrase and immediately think it means they're controlling others like puppets—but that's not what it means. EIYPO simply suggests that the way you assume people are, and the stories you consistently tell yourself about them, are often reflected back in your experience. In other words, your assumptions shape how you perceive and interact with the people around you.
Think about someone you constantly label as "annoying" or "rude." The more you hold that belief, the more your mind starts looking for proof that it is true. You may notice their tone more quickly, interpret their silence as attitude, or focus on every small action that seems to confirm your opinion. Even when they are being neutral, your assumption can make their behavior feel negative. But if you begin assuming, "They're actually kind and easy to talk to," your attention shifts in a different direction. You become less defensive, more open, and more likely to notice the friendly or respectful parts of their behavior. Over time, this can change the way the interaction feels. The shift begins with the story you're holding, not with forcing the other person to change.
The same idea applies to every relationship. If you assume your friend never understands you, you'll naturally expect disappointment. If you assume your teacher dislikes you, you'll interpret many situations through that lens. But when you consciously choose a new assumption—"People enjoy talking to me," "I'm respected," or "Others are naturally kind to me"—your experiences often begin reflecting that new perspective. Your assumptions influence your expectations, your behavior, and the way you interpret other people's actions.
This doesn't mean you have to ignore reality or pretend difficult situations never exist. EIYPO is an invitation to become aware of the stories you're repeating and decide whether they're helping you or holding you back. How people react to you is usually the assumption you hold about them. If you assume someone is cold, distant, disrespectful, or hard to deal with, that is the version of them you will keep meeting in your mind and often in your experience. If you assume they are kind, loving, supportive, and easy to connect with, you begin to notice and experience that version instead. In that sense, different versions of people can exist in your awareness. One version may seem good, another may seem bad, but all of that is shaped by the assumption you choose to repeat mentally. Your job is not to force people to become someone else; your job is to choose the version you want to experience and stay loyal to it in your mind. The solution is to change the assumption on purpose. Notice the old story you keep telling yourself about them, then replace it with a new one that matches the experience you want. Repeat that new assumption mentally, and respond from it consistently. The more you practice this mental work, the more natural the new version becomes, and the more your outer experience begins to reflect it.
I experienced this in a very personal way with my cousin sister. Ever since I was a child, I had two completely different images of her in my mind. On one hand, I always looked up to her because everyone said she was academically brilliant and an amazing painter. She became my inspiration in both studies and art. But on the other hand, many relatives would say that she had a lot of attitude and was very distant. Without realizing it, I accepted both stories. I admired her deeply, yet I also assumed she was cold and difficult to approach.
After many years, she finally contacted me, and even then, she seemed a little quiet and detached. My immediate thought was, "See? She really does have attitude." That assumption had been living in my mind for years, so I never questioned it. Then, a few years later, they came to our house for a family wedding. I was honestly nervous because I'm not someone who can fake being friendly. I'm very straightforward, so I expected the meeting to be awkward.
When we all sat together, she was very quiet. She spoke very little, and for a moment I thought, "This is exactly what everyone meant." But then I paused and looked at her differently. I thought, maybe she's not rude at all. Maybe she's just calm. Maybe she's just reserved. So I started talking to her, told her how much I admired her, and even said that she had always been my inspiration. As the day went on and everyone joined the conversation, she slowly opened up. She smiled, laughed, talked with us, and I realized she wasn't cold at all. She simply had a calm personality and a resting face that made people misunderstand her.
That experience made EIYPO feel very real to me. Today, she is one of the most down-to-earth people I know. Whenever I need help—whether it's studies, advice, or anything else—she is always there for me. The image I held about her as my inspiration is exactly how she shows up in my life. At the same time, many relatives still think she's an "attitude girl" because that's the image they continue to hold. It made me realize that we often experience the version of people we consistently assume to be true. Sometimes, changing the story in our own mind changes the experience we have with them.
So, how do you actually practice EIYPO? Start by becoming aware of the story you're telling yourself about a person. Ask yourself, "What do I constantly assume about them?" If the assumption isn't serving you, replace it with one that reflects the experience you want. Instead of thinking, "They're rude," try, "They're kind and enjoy talking to me." Instead of, "They never understand me," assume, "They always understand and support me." Repeat the new story, imagine interactions from that perspective, and stay consistent with it. EIYPO isn't about forcing people to change—it's about changing the assumptions you hold, because that's the version you're most likely to experience.
Reality Shifting vs. The Law of Assumption: Are They the Same Thing?🍫
If you have spent any time exploring manifestation, mindfulness, or personal transformation spaces online, you have likely run into two massive, viral movements: Reality Shifting and the Law of Assumption. They are frequently grouped together under the same digital spaces, tagged in the same videos, and taught by the same creators, leading many seekers to wonder if they are simply two different names for the exact same phenomenon. At first glance, the overlap is completely obvious—both concepts fiercely assert that your current physical limitations are not the final word on your life, and both place the absolute power of creation directly in your hands. However, beneath the surface, they approach the human experience from two distinct philosophical angles, and understanding the nuance between them can completely revolutionize how you approach your personal growth journey.
To break them down conceptually, Reality Shifting is traditionally described as the literal movement of your conscious awareness from your current reality (your "Current Reality" or CR) to an entirely different, specific version of existence (your "Desired Reality" or DR). Shifters typically view the universe through the lens of multiverse theory, believing that every choice, timeline, and imagined world already physically exists, and that the mind possesses the ability to "tune in" to them like a radio frequency. The Law of Assumption, popularized by the mid-century mystic Neville Goddard, takes a more profoundly internal approach. It states that your outer world is nothing more than an exact, mathematical reflection of your inner self-concept. It doesn't ask you to leave this physical world behind; instead, it asserts that by changing your internal assumptions and stubbornly "living from the end," your current physical experience has no choice but to reshape itself to match your new state of consciousness.
From a clinical and scientific perspective, there is currently no accepted empirical evidence proving that human consciousness can physically leap between parallel universes or fictional dimensions. However, cognitive psychology and neuroscience offer a fascinating bridge that explains why both practices feel so profoundly real to those who dedicate themselves to them. Your brain is constantly bombarded by millions of pieces of sensory data every single second, and to prevent total overwhelm, it utilizes a highly selective filtering system—the Reticular Activating System—which is heavily influenced by your deeply held beliefs, past memories, and expectations. When you radically alter your core assumptions, you are essentially reprogramming this mental filter. What you notice, how you interpret random daily events, and the subconscious choices you make begin to shift so dramatically that it can feel as though you have physically stepped into an entirely new timeline when, in fact, your brain is simply processing the same world through a completely different lens.
To see this psychological mechanism in action, imagine two different people walking down the exact same busy city street on the exact same morning. The first person operates under the core assumption that "people are naturally kind and lucky opportunities always find me," while the second person moves through the crowd assuming that "the world is hostile and nothing ever works out for me." Though they occupy the exact same physical coordinates, their lived experiences will be worlds apart. The first person will consciously notice a stranger's warm smile, remember a lucky green light, and strike up a conversation that leads to an unexpected opportunity. The second person will focus entirely on a rude look, a minor delay, and a closed door, filtering out any positivity. This is a classic demonstration of confirmation bias—our minds are naturally hardwired to seek out, highlight, and present us with evidence that proves our existing internal narrative is correct.
The Law of Assumption beautifully builds upon this psychological truth by encouraging you to consciously choose your identity, rather than letting your past programming or temporary current circumstances dictate it for you. If you consistently, stubbornly assume the identity of someone who is deeply loved, wildly successful, and naturally secure, your internal thoughts, micro-behaviors, body language, and automatic reactions will gradually shift to match that specific identity. This process doesn't mean you live in toxic denial of your current struggles; rather, it means you refuse to let those temporary circumstances define the trajectory of who you are becoming. You stop reacting to the world as a passive observer waiting for things to change, and you start interacting with it as the primary author of your narrative.
Because the ultimate result of both practices is a radical transformation of your daily life, it is completely natural that people use these terms interchangeably. Some prefer the modern, expansive vocabulary of "shifting realities" and hopping timelines, finding comfort and creative freedom in the vastness of the multiverse. Others prefer the traditional, self-reflective language of changing one's self-concept and mastering the Law of Assumption, focusing heavily on internal accountability. Whichever terminology resonates most with your personal worldview, the practical, boots-on-the-ground application is identical: you must imagine differently, assume a better story for yourself, and persist in that new identity until it becomes your natural state of being. Whether you believe you are traveling across the cosmos to a new dimension or simply rewiring the neural pathways in your current brain, the reality you experience changes because you changed.
Ultimately, both of these powerful ideas invite you to look in the mirror and answer the exact same fundamental question: Who are you choosing to be right now? You do not need to force yourself to believe in elaborate, confusing metaphysical theories or adopt labels that feel unauthentic to who you are if they don't serve your growth. The true heart of this work is simply becoming aware of the unconscious, limiting assumptions you are currently carrying and intentionally replacing them with assumptions that empower you to step into your full potential. At the end of the day, you might find that the most profound "reality shift" you can ever experience isn't about escaping this world at all—it is about finally seeing this one through entirely new eyes.
Here's a scientifically+Neville backed step by step.
credit to the user : Buickamys on r/NevilleGoddard
Your brain is a prediction model:
1);you experience something.
2) it gets stored as memory.
3) The brain will pull from that memory to predict an outcome in the correct context.
In context:
You try a manifestation technique and it works.
it gets stored as a memory.
Your assumption onwards is that "This technique works".
Great but Neville taught to CHANGE assumptions.
And how did he teach it? Exactly how science teaches it: consistent, low dose pattern interruption. Your brain updates best in frequency over intensity.
Neville taught this himself in one of his lectures: every hour, return to the state. (Through visualisation)
Updating your brains prediction model
Your brain updates best based on small, repeated error signals.
rampaging 15 minutes a day is less effective than 1 affirmation an hour even if it technically means you get less affs in. Why? Because Option A interrupts ONCE, the rest of the day you are on the old model. Option B consistently interrupts it.
Why visualising works
The brain can't tell apart memory vs imagination.
meaning: the brain can form assumptions from imagination just like memory.
feel it real=most people get this wrong
Feel it real=feel it familiar. Thats what Neville meant. The idea that its so natural you simply act as if/embody. (Living in the end)
Prediction model updates on exposure, not emotional intensity. The brain doesn't need intensity to learn. But it does need frequency to memorise
prediction conflict: If you try to feel (gaslight yourself as) hot while you're brain is going "I'm ugly", this creates a mismatch. Your brain responds by HEIGHTENING self-awareness to "ugly" parts of yourself to overcome this mismatch and validate itself. Thats why people spiral.
Great. We have half the puzzle.
Visualise every few hours a day.
No need to "feel it real". Everyone rushes it when its meant to come NATURALLY. It might even feel uncomfortable initially.
In fact, I'd argue that if your visualisations feel flat/underwhelming, GOOD. It means the novelty has worn off, you're brain is starting to get used to the concept and it no longer feels like a far fetched fantasy, its starting to feel a bit more normal. But obviously- if you feel something, embrace it. Go off. It means you are immersed enough for your brain to snapshot the details vividly.
Half of you spiral because you are trying to overriding biology. Neville didn't teach that. He never said, "force happiness forever". He simply said to tap into the state frequently and eventually you'll feel it real enough to be living in the end.
And the other half of the puzzle?
Imagine this: Have you ever affirmed "I am -" and within 2 seconds, your brain fired back an automatic response "No you're not"? Some people try and supress it. Some people try and argue with it. Guess what- the most powerful answer? Do NOTHING.
Doubt=a prediction
Predictions are generated automatically. It isn't an alarm something isn't working. Its detection on something thats happened in the past.
supression doesn't work: the brain treats that as feedback and activates its threat system because youve given it emotional charge. You're basically telling it: doubt means something so we gotta keep it down and its basically going: got it. This most be important then. Keep tabs.
And how to stop it?
"notice it, let it happen, let it pass" protocal: you stop feeding it. The prediction loses fuel eventually. Prediction dies off.
It is a neuropathway after all. And neuropathways thrive on activation. But a neuropathway won't activate itself if it gets no interaction. Oh and the brain disassembles it when its "useless" enough because its no longer being activated enough so it weakens.
This correlates with Neville's words: the old state dies of disuse.
So yes. Let it happen. Let it have its final moments. Whatever you do though, DON'T ARGUE WITH IT. DON'T COUNTER AFFIRM IT.
Put it all together
Visualise a few times a day. Can be morning, afternoon, night. Or every few hours.
No conditions, except POV. Let the brain get uncomfy. Let the thoughts go "What? No way, this isn't real." Let it OBSSESS over every detail on how this is "unrealistic".
Go about the rest of your day as NORMAL.
Let the doubt come. Let it happen and let it pass. Notice it, but don't take action against it. It will go itself.
And your progress?
You start tapping into the state more frequently, NATURALLY.
The visualisations will start feeling familiar, maybe normal. Your brain is starting to feel it REAL, feeling it FAMILIAR.
With enough exposure, your brain stores it as a memory. Then? You NATURALLY and SIMPLY live in the end.
And the outcome?
After all that work, give yourself a pat on the back. Your desire is yours.
Good job, wrap it up everyone. No need to wonder "Am I doing this right" anymore. No need for "How to stop spiralling" and for goodness sake please delete that "does manifestation work?" Draft post because what I just described, is Neville's ways of manifestation with a scientifically backed expanation.
Love you to bits!!
This is my opinion btw- feel free to disagree! Scientifically, our prediction models are the same but that doesn't meab our assumptions are! If a completely wild out of pocket technique works for you, then it works.
Hello im not sure if you've covered revision topic but if you knowledge about it can you please let me know how to proceed with it. like to what extent revision is possible because yesterday i was read q&a on Instagram and this instagram coach was saying revision doesn't mean to rewrite documented history. like i wanna manifest age reversing, wanna change my face entirely, want to manifest talent in things but i just don't know how to revise /manifestat that
When I say some people are loyal to one specific reality and reject infinite realities, its people like that who think that "everything is possible" except for shifting to the reality where that ONE event never took place.. Everything is possible, until you revise your age/shift to a reality where you were born earlier or later. "All possibilities exist", until it sounds too illogical... because we're working with logic, apparently. #FreeYall
How to revise:
Say the situation is the other way and stick to that story. I promise y'all won't get anything else but decide and persist out of me because that's all it is and has been. Whether you affirm: "I'm (desired age) and have always been a (year) kid" or you remember the event you want to revise and continuously correct it by saying: "That didn't happen... it happened THIS way instead." It's all the same concept. "I've ALWAYS had my desired face. I've always been a 2000s (any year) kid. I've always known how to (name your talents)." <- and repeat this new story until the old story is inferior and DEAD and your reality is shifted. That's all this shit will ever be.
When we say circumstances don't matter and that everything is possible/nothing is impossible, we're not just saying it. people shift realities and fight dragons. people (me included) experienced supernatural. Personally, i experienced telekinesis in my DR and I'm perfectly fine with a handful of manifesters believing I'm lying and that it's not possible.
you have to be okay with differing beliefs. you do not have to change your opinion based on the new and loudest take.
I say in a recent blog: "Once these words get introduced to the community, people assume they're buzzwords exclusively in our community when they're actual English words with the exact same definitions." Revision still means revision. To rewrite in Literacy is to revise. You revise your first rough draft, correcting mistakes and fixing your work into the final form that you are satisfied with. You rewrite it.
When you revise in manifestation, you are still working with the same English word and the same concept. Even if it's "documented history". Your relationship with someone can be documented too and marriages are. Guess how many married SPs still get manifested when the 3p is revised and no longer in the picture? It's almost like circumstances don't matter and documented history means nothing to gods who shift realities and experiences different versions of history daily.
When I and others say we revised an event and situation, we did just that. We assumed an identity that implies a specific event went a different way and we're proven right. It's not logical. This is not a logical concept. I was face to face with someone who's supposed to be a famous actor in a completely different reality, moving shit with my mind, with completely different appearance and life. You GOTTA leave logic out of this.
You GOTTA start questioning or leaving what folks say instead of just adopting it immediately. Even with me, question me, take it through your critical thinking process and decide if it works for you or if you'll throw my advice out the window. Decide if it makes sense or not.
Revision doesnt mean revision to some people. Repetition doesnt mean repetition to some people. impossible doesnt mean impossible. Infinity doesnt mean infinity. gotta be okay with smiling and nodding and turning around and still getting your shit.

How to actually manifest/reality shift, and how it works
Disclaimer: this is NOT a method, technique or a new trend. It is a way of life! And is the reason behind why manifestation and reality shifting even works in the first place, NOT non dualism since people cant read
Who YOU actually are
Awareness, consciousness, the observer, imagination. That is the TRUE you. Not who you “think” you are, not your body, not your identity. All those are imaginary made up concepts, and are not who YOU truly are. If you were your mind or your body or your “identity” you would not be able to be aware of these concepts.
You can hear your thoughts, you can feel your emotions, you can feel touching a table, you observe these things, and you therefore cannot be them. If you can be aware of something, observe something, how can you BE it?
Are you a table? Or are you aware that there is a table?
Are you your thoughts? Or do you hear your thoughts?
That shows us that we are something more than this human body. But that “more” can never be explained or understood, for as long as we are in a human body, because there is nothing to understand, it just IS. YOU are everything and anything. And nothing. Nothing would exist without your awareness of it.
What was before this person?
there just was
What was before this physical world (imaginary human world)?
there just was
What was before doubts and negative thinking?
there just was
it all just IS
It CANNOT be explained!
This is the reason a thing like “manifesting” and “reality shifting” even exists. They are imaginary concepts made up to try and understand and explain being awareness, imagination, the limitless creator. They “work” because they are METHODS to become aware of something.
Awareness of something = it’s real
No awareness of something = it’s not real
Things cease to exist when we focus our awareness somewhere else, which is why things can change and feel like they have been “undone”. The imaginary concept for this is revision.
But as we covered, anything and everything is JUST imagination, it is imaginary, it is not something outside of you, it IS you.
As a limited human, we believe that the world we live in is something outside of us, we then discover reality shifting and manifesting, and find out we can change this outside world.
But the whole point is to realise that there IS NO outside world, it is ALL within awareness/consciousness/imagination. It is IMAGINARY it exists because we are aware it exists.
We are human because we are aware that we are human.
So then is nothing real?
Not in the sense that we used to believe about the word “real”
How we used to view something as real, was something outside of us. “Imagination is just that. It's not real '' I know a lot of us have been told this growing up, and we believed it.
But the thing is there is NOTHING OUTSIDE OF US.
So yes things are real, when you become aware of them. If not, they just exist as a thing we cannot understand.
But the second we become aware of something, it becomes real, because it was given awareness, it was given attention.
So no nothing is real in the sense we used to think. But that was a made up limited idea. There is nothing but awareness/consciousness/imagination. Anything you can think of, is imaginary and made up.
We have always been aware and observing, if you were your thoughts, then wouldn’t you cease to exist when you didn’t think? What is that pause between your thoughts? Awareness. Observation. It has always been there. Sit in silence and reflect on everything i say in this post, and i promise you, you realise how limited you have always been.
How do you “manifest” and “reality shift” with this you ask?
First, There is no such thing as manifesting or reality shifting. They are made up concepts as I said. Manifesting and reality shifting implies a process to go through, when in reality you are just observing, becoming aware of something, and then it exists, and you as a human body can experience it.
But because you are truly imagination/awareness/consciousness, you are everything, because nothing would even exist without you. There is nothing to “get” or be. Because you already are / have that thing.
awareness/consciousness/imagination is everything, and there is therefore no such thing as “time” ONLY in the imaginary human world. Time is a made up thing. The past and future only exists in thoughts, and thoughts are something imaginary, that means that time is imaginary too. So anything and everything you could ever imagine or think of, exists right at this moment, and is ready to be observed / given awareness/attention to.
This makes this imaginary human life, your playground. Your video game. your dream. You can do absolutely anything and everything
And since this is the case, and what actually changes the imaginary human life, is not affirming, or states or any other method, it is awareness that changes it. That means that whatever you DECIDE is true. Is true.
Want to affirm? Do that. Want to get into a state? Do that. Want to fulfill yourself in imagination and let the “3d” reflect it? Then do that. Want to simply observe something? Do that.
It ALL WORKS, because AWARENESS is what changes your surroundings.
Something important to really understand, is that no matter what any state person says or any affirm person says. Pretty much any law of assumption person says. There is absolutely NO difference between what you see/hear/say/imagine with your eyes closed and with your eyes open.
There is no 4d or 3d. It is just IMAGINATION. The imaginary human world does not “reflect your imagination” how could it when it is only here BECAUSE IT IS imagination. THERE IS NO TIME LAG!! Whenever you become aware of something, it is INSTANTLY real.
Affirm / affirmation = becoming aware
Getting into a state = becoming aware
Deciding / observing = becoming aware
Wanting = becoming aware
You see how it all boils down to the same thing? AWARENESS.
The second you become aware of something it exists immediately like i said, the reason you may not see it show up in the human experience, is because you are aware that there is a time lag, or even aware that you cannot change anything.
Doubts = only real if you are aware of them, you can decide they do not exist.
How it really should be is:
Manifesting -> observing, becoming aware, and things will change because it is just imagination, there is no such thing as manifesting, this is how it normally works!
Reality shifting -> becoming aware of ex. Hogwarts exists, and it does, become aware you are there, then you are. You are NOT shifting to a different “place” because all is imagination.
And lastly, don’t EVER be fooled by what someone else says. YOU DECIDE what is true for you, others don’t. If you want to experience a bunch of things, it's okay to do so! If you just want to be and let things unfold, that is okay! If you want to think, that's okay to do. Never let anyone else tell you what you can and can’t do. It's your imagination after all
so i shifted 3 times over the last couple weeks. all intention based. all with doing something for 5 minutes or less. and i’ve been practicing shifting with just intention since april and i finally feel like i’m getting a real grasp on it.
but i’m sharing this because i have some tips that i’ve gathered over the last 3 months that have helped me get to this point. i’m nowhere near perfect at using intention nor do i shift every time i try BUT i do ALWAYS get some form of success when doing these things…
1. setting intention when i’m emotionally aligned.
i noticed that setting my intention when i felt pent up frustration didn’t feel effective. when i simply sat with my emotions for 30 seconds or so and then breathed them out to set my intention is when i saw the most progress.
2. don’t dismiss dr related dreams.
i told y’all already that i’ve been having SO many dreams related to my dr. and they’ve continued for weeks now. but i stopped seeing dr dreams as failures just because they weren’t shifts and started seeing them as a bridge. a sign. a gateway that i was already connected to my dr. as i continued to have them, i grew more curious and interested. i adopted the mindset of “okay i’m going to connect to my dr either way so show me more of it” and soon, my subconscious began to recognize what i really wanted and bridge the full gap.
3. any time i thought of my dr, i took it as a reminder that i was already there
i think about my dr multiple times a day. i can’t help it. shifting is the most important (and interesting) thing about my life right now. so every time i thought of it, i let a wave of happiness come over me because i knew i was already living it. i knew i’d lay down each night and get to experience it. at first, this was hard to keep up with but after some time, it became habit to think this way.
this may be stuff you guys already know, or not very insightful but after a couple of months of frustration, i truly feel on track with shifting again. i feel so happy and relieved. and i just want everyone to feel that way in their journeys too.
happy shifting,
shay.
the law of assumption is an assumption
-------------------------------------------
hey yall, star here! today i wanted to talk about something thats been on my mind for quite some time now. i know there's like a million posts here on tumblr and every other social media platform talking about loa,the "right" and "wrong" way to go about things, and what law of assumption is. i'm just here to add my 2 cents.
the law of assumption is a straightforward law. what you assume to be true, is true. but one thing most beautiful things about law of assumption i don't see people talk about is that this law can literally be applied to the law itself. aka, you have an assumption about how the law of assumption works. YOU get to decide how law of assumption works for you.
• if you assume you have to saturate your mind to get what you want, that's how it'll work for you.
• if you assume you have to visualize and listen to subs to get what you want, that's how it'll work for you.
• if you assume doubts & wavering don't affect you, they won't.
• if you assume that law of assumption doesn't work, it won't.
the law of assumption is literally an assumption within itself! what you assume to be true, is true, therefore;
you're assuming that what you assume to be true, is true.
what a crazy beautiful mind fuck, am i right? so why are so many of y'all putting so many made up rules on this literal GEM of a law?!
"if you waver, you won't get what you want."
"if you don't stick to the new story 24/7 and exhaust your mind of your affirmations you'll never have what you want"
"if you react to the 3D it delays your manifestation"
"if you do anything wrong you're delaying your manifestation"
"if you feel any human emotion ur delaying ur manifestation!!"
"if you don't listen to my personal opinion on what i think law of assumption is/how it works then you won't ever get your manifestation bc you're doing it wrong!!!"
"don't have your manifestation? pay for my coaching sessions so that i can profit off of your personal inability to manifest because i told you you're doing it wrong!!!"
like... hello??? when did we forget the literal core fucking nature of this law?? what you assume to be true, is true!!! which quite literally means:
if you assume there's a wrong way to manifest, there is.
if you assume you're doing it wrong, then you are.
why on this beautiful green EARTH would you EVER want to put that kind of limitation on yourself? i'm gonna need y'all to stand the fuck up and just decide how this fucking law works for you.
stop taking in everyone else's opinions and decide what you want to assume. that's literally the entire point.
for example:
i decided to assume that wavering doesn't affect me
i decided to assume i get my manifestations regardless if i react or not
i decided to assume that my manifestations materialize instantly
i decided to assume that there's no such thing as having what i want "internally" or "mentally" or "in imagination". i have it physically, here and now, point blank period. idc.
don't like what i personally assume? don't like what other people assume? don't like limitations? don't like what you physically see?
guess what!?!?! you can assume something else!!
it's YOUR choice, YOUR decision, YOUR assumptions, YOUR world.
stop overcomplicating it. it's just a decision.
a decision to assume something.
a decision to assume that you have, or will have, what you want.
just like you decide to assume that what you assume to be true, is true.

persisting when nothing is happening
one of the hardest moments while manifesting isn’t doubt.
it’s silence.
you’ve decided on your assumption. you’re returning to it calmly. you’re not forcing or spiraling.
and externally… nothing seems to move.
this is the point where most people abandon the state — not because it failed, but because it didn’t announce itself loudly enough.
Neville talked about persistence as faithfulness to a state, not constant emotional certainty. and this quiet phase is where that faithfulness actually matters.
why “nothing happening” isn’t stagnation
your mind doesn’t change in dramatic bursts.
it stabilizes gradually.
when you persist in a new assumption, the nervous system is reorganizing what it treats as familiar. old emotional reactions soften. the sense of urgency decreases. the desire feels less charged.
to someone expecting fireworks, this calm can look like failure.
in reality, it’s integration.
the state is becoming ordinary — and ordinary assumptions externalize fastest because your mind stops arguing with them.
the temptation to interfere
silence triggers the urge to check.
is it working? did i do something wrong?
that urge isn’t proof of failure. it’s the old pattern trying to reestablish itself through monitoring and doubt.
when you chase reassurance, you return to the identity of someone waiting for confirmation.
persistence means recognizing that impulse… and returning to the assumption anyway.
not forcefully. not emotionally.
just consistently.
why movement often feels quiet first
before external change appears, internal tension decreases.
you may notice less obsession. less urgency. less mental negotiation.
people sometimes misinterpret this as losing interest.
it’s not disinterest — it’s acceptance.
and acceptance is the state Neville described as fulfillment. when something feels internally handled, the mind stops treating it as unresolved.
that internal resolution is what allows external reflection to follow.
what persisting actually looks like here
it isn’t repeating affirmations all day.
it’s steady orientation.
when doubt appears, you return. when circumstances trigger you, you return. when nothing seems to move, you return.
the return is gentle.
no drama. no pressure.
just the quiet decision to occupy the state you chose.
over time, that consistency stabilizes identity — and identity is what reality mirrors most reliably.
nothing happening isn’t a void.
it’s the space where the new assumption is settling into normal.
stay there without chasing proof, and the reflection adjusts in its own time.
quiet persistence isn’t passive.
it’s the moment the state becomes natural enough to externalize.

this is how to actually apply the law & this is how i personally manifest. it includes main points that i always try to share on all social media platforms. this guide will contain five steps for how to manifest. enjoy!
🎀 𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
𝐈. know the 3d is neutral
𝐈𝐈. identify as the inner self
𝐈𝐈𝐈. be the desired version of you in imagination
𝐈𝐕. fulfill
𝐕. its done
🎀 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭
once you've decided what it is you want...
𝐈. know the 3d is neutral: everything in the 3d has no original meaning, it is always you who assigns it meaning; this is why you are the operant power. you always choose what everything means so stop labeling things as ‘circumstances’ when theres nothing against you, until you give it power by assigning it w meaning. everything in the 3d includes circumstances, thoughts, emotions, doubts, time, everything. all of it has no original meaning. knowing this means that theres nothing to fear and absolutely everything is under your control. as the only source of power, why would you worry about “will this thought manifest?” or “how can i get over this hard circumstance?” when you decide everything’s meaning? no circumstance has power over you, no anxiety has power over you, and this can help you feel more free to make it easier to accept that you really do already have what you want. you cannot be a victim in a reality that has no original meaning. its your choice to identify with any thought or feeling, meaning you have control.
𝐈𝐈. identify as the inner self: yes the human body experiences this 3d. but this human body and five senses are very limited. think about it: if you want to manifest an sp, you cant see your sp's thoughts or if you want to be rich, you cant see money getting transferred into your account, or fat cells burning to give you your desired body. you are also imagination playing the role of this human body and life. so you yourself is limitless, imagining what we label as "limits". imagination = the inner self. you are the inner self who is always present because you are always manifesting and its the inner self (imagination) who manifests. you are always the inner self but when you identify with your human limits you give power to those imaginary limits such as ‘negative thoughts’ and ‘circumstances’ while on the other hand, identifying as the inner self means knowing those limits dont exist. thats why its important to identify as the inner self (you can call it god) who is simply experiencing a human life and has the power to change any aspect of that life. to identify as the inner self, just know you are the inner self and you should never be limited to the human self. if you find yourself searching for shit in the 3d, thats a sign of identifying as the human self. experience what you want as the inner self in imagination to be free. to the inner self everything is instant: when you imagine something it is happening in the now, not past or future. everything is in the present. as the inner self, you remove the idea of a 3d. there is no human self or 3d now, just focus on limitless imagination.
𝐈𝐈𝐈. be the desired version of you in imagination: now that you know you are the inner self, be the desired version of you in imagination. this means imagine using any techniques you want. if you want to be rich, you visualize, affirm, script. use inner convos or sats (and other techniques) to imagine already being the rich version of you. once you imagine it you have already experienced it so it really is done. you also dont have to use a technique, you can simply decide you already have what you want but i personally recommend using a technique at least once. let me give you an example: nelly wants to manifest being rich so she chooses to visualize a scene where she is taking lots of money from the bank to imply that shes rich.
𝐈𝐕. fulfill: whatever you imagine doesnt matter. what matters is how it makes you feel. for example, it doesnt matter if nelly visualized the bank scene or if she affirmed shes rich because techniques dont do anything besides bring you to a fulfilled state. so when to fulfill yourself, imagine whatever you want that provides you a feeling of satisfaction by using whatever techniques you are comfortable with. keep repeating the scene or affirmation or technique until you successfully feel satisfied. you may be able to feel this fulfillment while doing it once or multiple times. you may be able to feel fulfillment in a few days or in one hour. the point is to generally feel good about embodying that ideal version of you. fulfillment = the feeling of knowing you are already that desired version. you reach this state of satisfaction therefore accepting that you already have what you want 100%. the more you continue to get into this fulfilled state, the more natural it becomes so its okay if you dont feel completely satisfied the first time. thats why i said repeat that scene or technique.
𝐕. its done: congratulations, you are what you desired. you are the one with the sp, the one with $100,000, the one living their desired life. continue being/identifying as that person in imagination aka persisting. persisting means continuously choosing to identify with the ideal version of you whenever you think about it. see the world through the eyes of the one who has to their desire already. move thro the 3d knowing it is done in imagination. this means you could continue enjoying your techniques by visualizing or thinking as the desired version of you. but also: thoughts come from your state so if you are in the state of being fulfilled with what you desire then your thoughts should naturally match that. if it doesnt, dont stress, just continue satisfying yourself in imagination. being in the state of the wish fulfilled aka feeling fulfillment helps make it easier to stick with your desired state/assumption. whenever you feel lack, fulfill yourself again and remind yourself that its already done. its already yours. theres literally nothing else to do since you experienced it in imagination, youve fulfilled yourself and feel satisfied in imagination and continue sticking with that regardless of the 3d. regardless of the 3d means you are indifferent to the 3d because you know you are the one in power above the dead 3d. you dont care about what the 3d is showing and you stay true to self because that is how you apply the law.
🎀 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
know the 3d is always neutral so theres no such thing as something working against you, only you give thoughts and circumstances meaning and power. know this because that proves the only source of power that exist is always you so you control everything and nothing in the 3d can tell you no
identify as the inner self, not the human self because the human self is limited while the inner self is forever free and limitless and experiences everything instantly
be the desired version of you in imagination by using any techniques you want
fulfill yourself by satisfying yourself in imagination with whatever techniques or simple decision. return to this fulfilled state / repeat using your techniques to make it natural and give you that knowing feeling
its done meaning theres nothing else to do but persist. no depending on the 3d when everything is already within you. just experience it in imagination and its done instsntly.
🎀 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 + 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬
“what do i do if there are negative circumstances in the 3d?”
- remember that everything in the 3d is always neutral. you can claim they are negative but dont identify with these ‘circumstances’ by making and dwelling in imaginary negative stories and thoughts. you can say and do whatever you want in the 3d because it never matters (since its all neutral) so theres no need to ignore circumstances. just dont accept them as final. let the discouraged emotions and thoughts out but know you dont have to accept them as true or identify w them. there are negative circumstances. okay and? if circumstances were so hard to get past how is it possible that people still manifest while experiencing the complete opposite of their desire in the 3d? because the 3d and circumstances never matter. you are imagination which always molds the 3d so why worry about the 3d when it will change either way? remember your only job is accepting you have your desire in imagination only. you can accept you dont have shit in the 3d and continue living your normal (shitty) 3d life while still being the version of you who already has your desires in imagination. you can accept the 3d circumstances and move on. im telling you: if you were really fulfilled, you wouldnt care about 'circumstances.' gently get back into the fulfilled state when youre ready. also: you deadass have the choice to identify w the 3d or identify w already having your desire. so its all up to you.
“what should i do if i feel anxiety?”
- whenever i feel anxiety i observe it and let the feeling pass because i know it is always neutral therefore anxiety has no power over me. i would do meditation just to calm myself down but i would not try to force myself to feel fulfilled or do techniques. mental health comes first so relax and calm down, then you gently get back into the state of the wish fulfilled. i dont identify w negative emotions and thoughts. and if i find myself dwelling in it and imagining negative stories, i just stop myself and decide it didnt effect me (or my manifestation in any way). returning to the fulfilled state is always the answer.
“ive been persisting for a long time but it still hasnt reflected”
- stop trying to get shit in the 3d and start being satisfied with already having it. these links might help: 1, 2, 3.
"i feel fulfilled but the next day i fall out the state"
just return to the state whenever your ready. thats all that matters. it doesnt matter what happens but how you react: are you accepting/assuming that you "ruined your manifestation" or do you just move on because you know you are still human who experiences demotivation? read these: 1, 2.
if theres anymore questions, check my masterlists for answers: tumblr, twitter.
🎀 𝐦𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬
- actually apply the fucking law. a lot of you just ask questions and then “try” to apply and when one thing seems wrong, you go back to asking questions and wasting both your time and mine. persist. apply the fucking law and stop looking for outside validation.
- get tf off your phone. this is my favorite tip ever because the internet and people can rly demotivate you. delete social apps like tumblr and twitter and insta etc. you already know about the law after reading this so give up on search for more info. being independent from the media and your phone rly provides freeness and calmness. you know when you tell your mom your sick and she says something like “its that damn phone”? well lemme be your mother real quick and tell you “its that damn phone” when you complain about “the law not working”. the law is always working. you just arent applying correctly to get what you want. get off the phone and find some other hobbies instead of overconsuming.
- dont use your past “failures” to validate your current experience. you can do it! i know you can! its too easy but you think its hard.
- you always hold all the power so dont identify with negative thoughts and if you do, you can just decide it doesnt affect you (either way it wont unless you identify with the thought/emotion). you always have a say in every second of your life. be the god of your reality.
- remember, your only goal is changing self: you change who you are being in imagination and stick with it. if this post was not clear enough, i have a law of assumption cheat sheet on twitter for clearer info. but after this, its time to delete your apps and actually apply. im not playing.
- for the links that are from twitter: some of them are threads and you could only see it thro the twitter app to see the full thread
thank you so much for reading. i rly hope this helps people and clears things up. now delete your apps and apply! it all comes down to YOU.
kisses, jani ☆
when you're aware that you're doubting, you won. because now, they're just doubts. they don't do anything. you have what you want and those doubts just stay doubts. THIS IS AMAZING
literally!
How do u deal with feeling like u have to do something to manifest/shift
i literally remind myself that i don't. i remind myself what i want is already done and a part of my experience. it's the same way i didn't have to do anything to make you send this ask. i just assume people like sending me questions.
When you look at this video of neurons firing in the brain, you’re not just looking at sparks or lights. You’re looking at constant internal activity that never shuts off. Even when you’re quiet, even when you think nothing is happening, this inner network keeps working. Thoughts don’t appear out of nowhere. They come from repeated firing paths that already know where to go.
Inside your head, there’s a massive inner world running all the time. Connections light up, fade, then light up again. The ones that repeat don’t do it by accident. They repeat because attention keeps returning there. That’s why certain desires feel loud and others fade out. What keeps firing stays familiar. What stays familiar feels closer.
This is where manifestation desire actually begins, not outside, not in luck, not in timing. When a desire keeps circulating through these inner connections, it becomes normal inside you. And once something feels normal internally, the mind stops treating it like a distant fantasy. It stops arguing with it. It stops questioning it every second.
Most people think change requires force. It doesn’t. The brain already knows how to repeat. You’ve seen it in habits, memories, random thoughts that replay for years. Those didn’t need effort. They stayed active because attention kept feeding the same internal paths. Desire works the same way. Keep the focus returning, and those same paths keep lighting up.
That’s why this video matters. It’s proof that you’re not empty, blocked, or missing anything. You already carry a vast inner network capable of holding focus long enough for desire to feel real and close. Nothing mystical. Nothing complicated. Just repetition inside a mind that’s already built to repeat.
When you understand this, manifestation stops feeling dramatic. It becomes quiet, internal, steady. The inner world does what it always does-repeat what gets attention. And whatever keeps repeating long enough stops feeling far away.

You can’t fail, and this is why. New neurons form when your thoughts, behaviour, and habits stop repeating the same old loops. The brain updates itself based on what you keep running inside it. When something changes internally, new connections appear to support that change.
Use characters as blueprints.
so let's say you never had any good influences around you. let's say your mom always dated bums when you were a child ( mine did ) or your friends never seemed to be confident around. well if you're trying to change your identity, behavior, or just the way you think you definitely will find it easier when there's someone to study, to look towards to, to learn from. now i mean study in a way of easy, visual, watching, we don't need to complicate this shit okay?
so lets say you want to be a rich bitch. find someone who is a rich bitch online, whether it is a real housewife like Lisa Vanderpump, an artist like Taylor Swift, or influencer likeee Alix Earle idfk. now start following them, watching them, or whatever. get familiarized with the way they're living, acting, thinking, all of that.
so maybe you want to have a personality like Regina George's, well then start watching mean girls! start watching youtube video character analyses on her and just normalize that in your mind so you can see what its like to have that personality and so your mind just naturally learns okay: "this and this is what i would do or how i'd think like if i was thinking like Regina". trust me, you're smart enough to get it, don't underestimate yourself.
someone i'm really influenced by right now is Addison Rae. i dont have many influences around me who act, think like, or even have a life that i want. so i have to find that source somewhere else so i feel more comfortable stepping into that identity or that life, because otherwise maybe you think oh i don't even know what it's like to feel or be or think like a girl who's confident. maybe you just need to start familiarizing yourself with a character who matches what you want, and then you'll come to find out you know how to be that way. and remember, it can be anybody. as long as you can study them, you're good.
and it doesn't have to be their full character, like maybe you love Blair Wardolf's fashion sense but not her personality, that's okay you can still watch Gossip girl and clips deep diving into her fashion choice to eventually adopt that personality trait yourself.
i say this because i know it can be weird to have a vision in mind but no one around you matches that, like they don't exclude confidence when you want it, they don't live a rich life when you want a rich life, so you can't really take inspiration or notes from them because.. they're not living the life you want. that's why its so nice to live in thsi day and age because we have youtube, movies, articles, deep dives, so much to where we can really learn a character's psyche or just dive in and be able to see how they think and just adopt it because again i have experienced it myself your mind will start to know how to mimic that person. it is not hard so do not even think for a second you need to do any more than this. okay? and have fun! use shit like pinterest or whatever, idfk.
