sorry i drove across 2 states today so i ended up yapping more than i needed to but tldr yes i agree. i also hate everything about this woman.

i only said that someone should have said something because if my skirt were slipping up or maybe i didn't realize the audience could even potentially see up my skirt, i would want to know. even if nothing was showing.

i think it's also bc of how she tweeted it? she talks about freda's genitalia in the tweet. it makes me so mad bc this is misogynistic and transphobic and transmisogynist and literally all that is happening is someone wearing a skirt is crossing her legs!!! i'm transmasc and if i wore a skirt and fishnets and gave a panel, i'm sure someone could take the exact same photo of me.

i can also blame christian nationalism and purity culture, too. like her arguments that trans people are impure or targeting the children or are sexual predators needs both of those things to hold water.

like, it's not hard to see that this is a reprehensible move on her part? its one of the many genuinely fucked things that she's done and people in the comments on my post are making like it's only about trans people, too. they want to argue nuance fanfic versus canon media but don't see that it's all feeding into the same hate machine and keeping it relevant, even while jkr sexually humiliates a woman by posting an upskirt and talking about her genitalia because the speaker hurt her feelings by not agreeing to a debate.
