Pausing work on the hangar and med/workshop setup for the girls to make a mini desktop setup to go on my desk at work. Rydira is getting to join me solely due to her wearing pants and being mostly dressed appropriately for work (and conveniently I already had the matching teal filament and mini decor for her. Just have to secure the desk legs in place and then. Find how I'm getting all this to the office with me safely.

As you may have guessed, I got my hands on the MGSD Barbatos. Fairly similar to the Aerial, I imagine most of the line is relatively similar. I think the Aerial does look better in chibi form, whereas the Barbatos looks kinda like a squished ball of rage. Probably because the Barbatos is kinda lanky at proper scale. Still a very impressive little kit. I love the little gimmicks it has, like the foldable smoothbore gun and the articulated backpack storage arms, but most of all the automatic opening shoulders and mace. Very cool engineering going on there. There's one part of the shoulder during construction that you have to snap together with a bit more force than I wanted to (though it turns out it's designed for that), and some of the sliding connections were a bit weird (I fumbled the eyes quite a lot) but nothing I'd consider a problem.
