Cis butch women are targeted because they do not adhere to beauty standards. they aren't gonna be targeted by bathroom bills to make sure they actually belong in the women's bathroom because while they might get harassed they wont potentially get killed and made into a nation wide spectacle.

they face misogyny but not transmisogyny, because they can always fall back on their casab. something trans women and nonbinary tma folk/women can not do.

it doesnt matter if they are perceived as transfem because they are not the intended targets of transmisogyny and can in fact *exempt* themselves from it by falling back on the government enforced assignment

what happens of the butch women is that she will go to the cops and report assault, she will be met with understanding by the general population that this is horrible and bad that she got attacked (even though she wasn't even trans). now lets see what happens if she was actually a trans women, shall we? she'd go to the police to report that she had been assaulted in the women's bathroom. will she see any kindness and understanding? at best she will get treated like its her fault because she should have used the male bathroom, at worst she will get hit with the assault charge and put into a men's jail https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V-coding. the news will report what happened while deadnaming and misgendering her and the general populace will say that its bad but thats its her fault for not using the correct bathroom
