I’m suffocating with everything that’s going on in my head. I think it’s one thing. Then I realize it’s another. And another. It just goes on and on. And no matter how much I talk about it or write about it, nothing changes. And I feel terrified that this is how I’ll feel for the rest of my life. It’s too exhausting feeling like this all the time. I can’t live like this forever.
