Breakfast this morning 97% full coconut cream yogurt, plums, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, pecans, vanilla & stevia! Smackin! Oh these plums are from South Africa which I thoughts is pretty cool sense I'm on this side of the world. Fyi plums are low glycemic index who knew? As I explore this new way of eating as I try to keep my bs balanced. Fat as well as protein has become a huge part of my diet. Fat seems to be the glue that keeps things together.
