NON-SCALE VICTORIES It's easy to get wrapped up in what the scale says about you but you have to remind yourself that the number on the scale does not determine your health or worth. We're slowly improving every day and it's important to focus in those little victories. Maybe you hit a PR on bench, maybe you were able to do 10 squats pain free, maybe you ran 30 seconds longer than yesterday, maybe you finally touched your toes today, maybe you did 1 of the 4 sets of pushups at the end of a Crush 60 chest day.
