if im gonna be honest the main thing i got from playing yakuza 1 for the ps2 before kiwami 1 is that, when playing k1, everything was pretty faithful to the original , down to the dialogue and cutscenes (i played y1 with japanese audio, unfortunately not english Maj Hamill) so i wasnt really paying attention and was mainly very entranced by the kamurocho lights and exploring the city and whatnot. and then literally screamed in fear when i realized majima chases you in kiwami 1. like. nobody told me he does that. I felt briefly like i was in Sonic.Exe

I still think this is the funniest render ever
