Things I dont like so far without spoiling the core plot points of the games:

Shibusawa, a major antagonist of y0 has been completely changed to a mentor character, and his actor is completely different even though the person who shibusawa was modeled after still does things and reprised the role.

Sohei dojima's personality and design completely different.

Inner workings of the Tojo clan are changed drastically.

Kazama-san left the yakuza entirely.

Nishiki runs the dojima family

Saejima was supposed to be in prison in 1995, and majima was supposed to have lost his eye by then, neither of these things in the show. Also majima dosent have the other parts of the mad dog design.

Lots of core character designs are scrapped, which are just specific suit colors most of the time, why?

The mishandling of Yumi and her story

Kiryu is ten years younger

The dragon of dojima is not a title given to kiryu by those who fear him but rather a title you earn by entering an underground fighting arena??? Huh???
