#writeblr new

Hi, that's usually how you start these things right?

I'm Tam. She/Her. 24. I have been writing since I decided to try draft my first book at the age of 11. It was interesting to say the least. I am a reader, artist, cross-stitcher, DM, and D&D player, and this blog is my newest project.

I write Urban Fantasy/Accidental Comedy (?). Usually amusing, often LGBTQ+, almost always a little weird.

I have decided to start this blog as an attempt to reignite my joy in writing and reading. A tool to motivate my writing and reading, as well as a reminder that this is what I truly love.

Sitting dusty in my laptop's files are a couple of WIP that I need to get back to. Seriously need to get back to! There are three in total because my mind is one hell of an overthinker and I need to get those ideas out somewhere. I will have intros to come - a run down of my WIPs and possibly some of the characters chatting my brain.

Heres to reigniting joy and the beginning of my writeblr experience! I can't wait to make some friends and interact with fellow writers!

hello, everyone!! since i am participating in camp nano this year, i decided that i wanted to make a writeblr, so i can gather some resources, post some of my writing, read some of you guys’ writing, and overall just participate in this community! here’s my introduction post:

・ 𝖊𝖓𝖙𝖗𝖔𝖕𝖞: well, right now i’m only working on this story, and i’ve had this idea since around 2013, but most of the work that i have done in it is from last year and this year. whew, that was complicated. i will make posts introducing the story and the characters, and i’m overall excited to put this out in the world!

        Heyo! I'm Lucian, a helpless romantic girl who's finally decided to open a side blog in Tumblr to post all of my writing works. I'm fascinated by everyone's ideas and creations, loving how everyone speak and explain their works, so, I wanted to be part of the fun too.

I’ll make a post and say hello. No, that’s too subtle. I’ll quote a John Mulaney stand-up. I’ll say, “I’m New In Town” - no, build to that. I’ll go “After the death of a parent, I stopped writing!” - no, that’s too strong. I will start with the fact that I am a writer, as that is a given. Then, for backstory, I will pepper in the fact that I am gay bi. gay? jury’s still out. So, if you are someone who is like “there are no active writeblrs left on Tumblr!” now you know a guy who’s new in town. 

Or excuse me, I’m a new writeblr, and it gets worse.

Hi, my name Leander (but Leo is quicker), my pronouns are he/him, I’m 21 and chaotic neutral. 

I’ve been writing since I was first able to hold a pencil and telling stories long before that. I won’t tell you how many ideas I actually have written up in a spreadsheet because it’s frankly embarrassing. You can meet them later.

I’m big into sci-fi and fantasy and making everything gay. I’ve also written some horror scripts, but the majority of my ideas tend to be adventure-based, taking place in other lands or on faraway planets. You’ll see a lot of gods and magic, found family, assholes learning to be better people, the inability to trust anyone in power, and the examination of the influence great power can have on a person’s humanity. And gay.

This blog was actually made last fall, but after the aforementioned unexpected death in the family, I abandoned writing for a long time. But I’m slowly getting back into it and excited to be doing so. I hope to connect with other people and maintain a passion for writing. 

hello hi hey hello! i’m Lynette and i used to be prettydangereux but we all deserve a chance to rebrand. i’ve been writing on tumblr for a while as a roleplayer, and i’m really excited to start working on some my own creative pieces as a writeblr. i’ve been writing across a wide assortment of genres, but the ones i tend to return to again and again are contemporary and romance.

Heyyy sooo, I guess i forgot to present myself to the writblr community. Totally didn’t delay because interacting with people is something I wish and fear at the same time.

Hey, y’all! I’m Ocha, a social sciences university student currently someone with an interrest in writing as a hobbie. As I stated, I’m both interrested and kind ofanxious about interacting with other writers, so feel free to Interact with me. It’s like the rat situation. They fear you more then you fear them! I’m introducing myself to the community as a rat wow

I also take an interrest in: Digital drawing, The sims, Danganronpa, Phoenix Wright, and m e m e s, among other stuff.

I tend to write short stories with a footing in the ‘’real’’ world, but I’m still finding myself when it comes to genre.So far, I’ve written romance and horror, planning on mystery for next! I also usually try to have LGBT+ representantion on my stories.

English is also not my frist languague, so bear with me, please!

Another things I think would be worth mencioning is that I usually try to set the stories in places around the globe. So the odds are one day I might be talking about a character named like  Anastasia Preobrazhensky and later on about someone named Mahiru Umanami lol
