Focus.Commit.Execute Today I spent time working my weaknesses in regards to snatching. I am usually really fast under the bar, but my third pull (high elbows) is weak. Snatching from the high hang position from the blocks is a great drill because it forces you to pull before you drop under the bar. Accessorizing with single leg #deadlifts today. I've pretty much stopped chasing numbers on my back squat till I can fix my form. I do moderate weight 5 x 5 sets once a week and have been trying to practice movements to help #gluteactivation, which is apparently what my problem is. I've tried Romanian deadlifs, RFESS, reverse hyper, and barbell hip thrusts, but these single leg jammies leave me the most sore, so I figure they work the best 😝 and I do 45-sec planks between sets to further strengthen my core.
