â§ đđđâđ đ đđđđ đđđđđđđ đ affirmations donât require you to be in a perfect mindset. itâs okay if it feels neutral. even doubtful. what matters is showing up anyway. your mind adapts over time.
â§ đđđđđđ đ đđđ đđđđđđđđđ đđđđđđđ âł stop checking âis it working yet?â every five minutes. affirmations are conditioning. give them space to settle in and reshape your thinking.
â§ đđđđđ đđđđ đđâđ đđđđđđ đŁď¸ donât treat your affirmations like wishes. treat them like facts youâre getting used to. casual > desperate
â§ đđđđđđđđđđ = đ đđđđđđđđđđ đ and your brain trusts what feels familiar. the more you repeat something, the less âforeignâ it feels until it starts feeling natural.
â§ đđđđ đđ đđđđđđ đ§Š you donât need 50 affirmations. a few strong, clear ones repeated often will do more than a huge list you never stick to.
