One with potatoes, that were hit with a mushroom truffle oil and the other had cubed up organic pieces of chicken breast with a mix of peppers and shallots. So, what does an island boy do when he’s in 25 degree weather? What else? Grills and Eats. . I like my meat nicely trimmed. When I see a piece of nicely trimmed meat, I can’t help it - I just wanna stick that long trimmed piece of meat all up in my mouth. . I got a nice piece of loin that I trimmed myself. I cut it up into a piece for dinner, and other pieces I’ll use in later dishes. . I seasoned it with salt, pepper, and garlic butter. It was so tender. It was like chewing on the thighs of an angel wearing a T-shirt that said, “Thick Thighs Save Lives. Skinny Poles Steal Souls.” - simple and yum. Inside, was soft, warm, deliciously moist, and beautifully pink.
