You can eat these Bacon Colby Jack Sliders as a snack or as an appetizer at a party. They have a lot of flavor and are sure to please everyone.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup grated Colby Jack cheese. 8 small slider buns. 8 slices bacon. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp ketchup. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and shape them into small slider patties. Season the patties with salt and pepper. Place the bacon slices on the grill or griddle and cook until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. While the bacon is cooking, grill the slider patties for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with grated Colby Jack cheese. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder to create a special sauce. Cut the slider buns in half and toast them on the grill or griddle until lightly browned. To assemble the sliders, spread a spoonful of the special sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a slider patty on each bun, followed by a slice of bacon. Optionally, add lettuce and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun and secure with a toothpick. Serve the Bacon Colby Jack Sliders hot, and enjoy!
