We all have struggles and challenges we have to face on a daily basis. No one has the same journey, tools or mentality. We have to learn what works for each of us in our times of mental or physical anguish. What motivates one of my team sport athletes, a mother, my husband or anyone else may be different from person to person. You need to find what your reason is (your why for why you are doing something) so the time comes when the motivation fails, it is your discipline that helps you continue and push.
