Great for movement for shoulders. . Tips for execution: . 1️⃣ Set up in an athletic stance. Where your feet are shoulder width apart. 👀 Eyes forward and core tight. . 2️⃣ Start the movement by placing your hand on either side of the plate and raising it slowly. . 3️⃣Raise the plate without swinging it and stop plate to eye level. . 4️⃣ Slowly return the plate to the starting position.
