This Friday we explore foundational postures in Yoga 101; Fundamentals of Flow. Practitioners of all levels are invited to learn and revisit the essential elements of a successful Vinyasa practice. This Friday we take the time to explore the foundational postures and breathing techniques of Vinyasa Flow. Practitioners will be led through warming sun salutations, invigorating standing postures, balance, and floor postures that promote flexibility and relaxation. We will take our time focusing on proper alignment and breath cues in order to maintain a safe and truly beneficial practice.
