#welsh problems

i feel like every time i say i'm from the uk, that everyone just assumes i must be english. like it's as if no other country exists except for england. then i tell people like nope, i'm not english... i'm welsh and they're like??? what's that??? it means i am from wales. no english blood here, just straight up welsh & maltese baby 🖤✨

the new girl at work is also called Bethan so now i dont know if people are talking to me or her and neither does she :/

My first instinct when a friends child's birthday is coming up is that a book of Welsh folk tales would be a lovely gift. Then I remember that to most Non-Welsh people, such a gift would probably be considered an act of violence.
