It's been two weeks and three days since I've last went to the gym and lifted. It really makes me feel bad about myself since I was making good progress. Only excuse is this damn heat; work in a hot ass humid shop for eight hours a day sweating like a whore in church then try to muster the energy to make it to the gym. Tip: don't ever have air conditioner, it drains any little bit of energy you have left after you get home and get comfortable. Gotta get back in there with the weights, oh well it's been a nice little pity party.
