Put everyone’s name on the documents. Share the profits — and the losses. Work without pay when the business struggles. Risk your own savings and prove the model works. The free market already permits voluntary worker ownership. What it does not permit is taking someone else’s property by force because they built something you want. That is the real test: build it voluntarily. Because if you refuse to create a worker-owned business when you are free to do so, but eagerly support confiscating businesses that other people built, worker control was probably never the goal. It was control. This country is becoming a battle between makers and takers. The people who build need to become just as loud as the people demanding to seize.
