i don't understand most of the stuff this community says. Why the fuck are you so ass mad about what people are doing in their own DRs or where do they shift, who they're shifting as. I've seen a "hot take" where somebody genuinely said "shifting to dangerous realities are SO weird"... Umm, what the fuck? Why do you even care? What do you mean by that? Here I am shifting to a video game where a literal zombie outbreak happens.. 😹 people will literally do EVERYTHING other than just logging off and shift. Most people are so so sooo unnecessary and drama-wanting.
If I say "I want to shift as a kitten cause I love them so much" I'm SO sure there'll be someone who'll go: "oh my god guysss that's so weird! Ew! Let's crucify her!" Bla bla bla. Log off Tumblr and shift. When you shift nothing going on here will matter.

Neuroplasticity and its ties to manifesting 101
Hey yall while im on hiatus i did some research,watched and read stuff in a deeper sense and id like to share my research foundings with yall (idgaf that ive literal 2 college exams this weekend) feeling like a future workaholic.. lol
Manifesting and neuroplasticity are essentially two sides of the same coin. Manifesting represents kinda the more mental, energique, or intention focused aspect of the process while the neuroplasticity is the biological and physical version of this mental process in the brain. When we visualize something or likr use affirmations, or consistently keep our focus on a specific goal, we essentially rewiring our brains, quite literally. Theres something called ''the reticular activating system (aka RAS) and Focus. At the root of our brains theres a neural network called the RAS, which acts as a kind of "info filter." cause we cannot process billions of pieces of data from our environments simultaneously, the RAS only lets information that it believes to be "important" to us into our consciousness.
Neuroplasticity aspectof the manifestation is i think that when we consistently focus on a goal, dream, or positive thought, the RAS labels it as "vitally important." and it strengthens the connections by firing that neuronal pathway every day, and as a result, the brain begins to see opportunities, coincidences, and information related to that goal more clearly in the outside world. A door we'd have passed by without noticing suddenly catches our eye. Besides, you probably heard about the phenomenon that the brain's inability to distinguish between "reality" and "imagination", neuroscience studies shows that the neural pathways fired during an actual action are almost identical to the interruptions fired when that action is merely vividly replayed in the mind (aka what we call, visualization/imagination).
"i feel and visualize the future i want as if im already living in it."
So basically every time we visualize that achievement or situation in our minds, our brain begins to physically build and strengthen the synapses (brains connections) associated with that experience. so, the brain becomes familiar with that situation. So this, in turn, actually deos reduce fear, increases confidence, and makes it easier to take action when pursuing that goal in life. And remember that one of the most important thing in the manifestarion process is "removing blockages" and changing limiting beliefs in the subconscious (for ex. like, "i cant do it," orrr "im inadequate").
Negative thoughts weve repeated for years are like thick,, smooth highways in our brain. Through manifesting practices (affs, journaling, mindfulness etc), each time we reject these old thoughts, we weaken (''prune'') those connections. By consistently repeating new, positive thoughts, we actually build new neural pathways from scratch!!!!!! Over time, these new pathways become our automatic way of thinking, and oour new identity!
Now i'll give a quick example of how to manifest a desired face. Currently when you look in the mirror, your RAS is programmed according to your old beliefs. such as ''ugh my nose is that, my skin is this..'' (insert features u want to change) Every time you look in the mirror, your brain automatically uses these old pathways, searching for flaws and reinforcing that perception. You need to radically change your perspective when looking in the mirror!!!! When you assume you already possess the desired face features, the RAS begin working to alter the evidence in the outside world. Instead of "waiting to see" the change, you must look in the mirror believing that the change has already begun at a cellular level!!!! The RAS will consider that new "perfect" image youre focusing on as vital and shift your perception accordingly!
Close your eyes, and visuzalizse you have the facial features you desire, but dont just look at a photo from the outside (this is called a third person perspective and doesn't create enough impact on the brain). Use a first person perspective. in your mind,,raise your hands and touch that smooth skin, that nose or jawline youre imagining, feel the sensation at your fingertips. Hear your friends saying, "oh hey your face has a different glow, what did you do???" In your mind the brain will fire synapses during this visualization as if you actually possessed those physical features.

Our DNA is not ''a fixed destiny'' which genes are active and which are deactivated (epigenetics) changes depending on the environment, stress levels, and mental state. When you experience the confidence comfort, and satisfaction that comes from having the face you desire (or literally any desire), your cortisol levels decrease. When stress hormones decrease and your cells receive the "im safe and im great!!!" signal, your blood flow,, collagen production, cell renewal rate, and even the tension level of your facial muscles (aka micro expressions) change. So basically this, over time, makes your facial features more symmetrical, your skin brighter and more vibrant,, in other words, your physical biology obeys your mind.
The key tip here is that the process speeds up the moment we stop "struggling" and "forcing" when manipulating the RAS. The brain is most readily accepts signals that flow smoothly and effortlessly as commands.

Hey darling!! 💗 This question is about solipsism, I'm going to prepare a detailed post about it but you can do research yourself. This is a deeply personal question depending on your own beliefs and assumptions.
But just to sum up, solipsism says that "only my mind exists, and everyone/ everything else is I pushed out (eiypo ties)" But this in this context dosent necessarily mean your ego, your human name, or your current personality. It means THE consciousness itself.
Think of it like an ocean. The ocean isthe God, or the Source, or ultimate consciousness. You're a wave in that ocean. A wave is made of the exact same stuff as the ocean, and it has the power of the ocean behind it, but it isnt the entire ocean all by itself. You are a localized point of consciousness experiencing reality rather than the idea of creating God out of nothing like a fictional char. And if you're Christian like me, the scripture itself sayss that "is it not written in your law, i said, "you are gods"?'" (john 10:34).
When ppl says "i AM the creator of my reality," it means their dominant beliefs, assumptions, and internal focus dictate exactly what version of the world they experience. Your reticular activating system (aka the RAS, from my earlier neurology post.) and your subconscious mind take the infinite possibilities of the universe and project a specific slice of life for you to experience. Youre the author of your experience of reality, fueled by the Source.
Did you "create" God?
Not in a sense that He didn't exist until you thought of Him. But you do create your concept of Him!!!!!
If someone assumes God is a punishing, angry judge, their mind filters reality to see punishment and guilt everywhere. If someone assumes God is unconditional love and infinite abundance operating through them, that is the exact reality that hardens into fact for them.
In that way, you ARE the creator of how God manifests in your life.

I was editing my better cr script and I was a bit anxious about it because i havent even got there YET but I miss my cr like I have this kind of thoughts of "I don't want to let this go" and then I think I won't actually leave this reality because I can shift back and whatever AND that's what makes me feel detached to the idea of reality itself. So my question is...what can I do to bond and connect with my desired reality and not lose interest or anything like that??
What to do to connect with your DR?
Hiyaaaa darling! 🪽👋🏻 i had a better CR script once and I felt the exact same as you lol. So yeah I can relate. Desired realities and basically all the other possibilités are within us, they're not going anywhere or disappearing. So regarding your question, I have a few ways of connecting to my DRs that I can suggest to you.
Also you dont have to let it go, (CR, you can shift to your CR anytime again) like any of ur DRs. Like I said I'd normally say you don't need to connect to ur DR they can't just vanish since they're within our consciousness but you don't ask for that. And you aren't deleting your CR or erasing your experiences here either, youre just exploring another chapter. Try to shift ur focus from leaving to vissiting. Sometimes, the anxiety comes from the subconscious feeling that shifting is a permanent one way door. Remind yourself that u hold the keys. Treat your DR as a place youre choosing to visit and experience rather than as a final escape, but when the pressure to "permanently leave" is gone, I think the anxiety should go with it.
Now my suggestions;
When editing your script, strip away from the major plot points or timelines for a moment and focus heavily on your sensory details. This should buidl an emotional and psychological bridge to ue DR. What does your DR bedroom smell like first thing in the morning? Whats the texture of your favorite hoodie or blanket there? Whats a mundane, everyday sound youd hear outside your window there? Build a vibe anchor in your CR...
You can make a specific playlists that matches the exact mood of your DR or Dr people, listen to it while doing mundane stuff thru out the day like cleaning or walking.
Create a priv Pinterest board or a collection of aesthetic photos that represents ur daily life, DR people, architecture, or style of your DR.
if your DR is connected to a specific universe, piece of media, or lore, etc etc engaging with it casually (watching a vid, or rewatching them or adding new things to ur script, or reading about it) can keep your interest fresh. Just don't make it feel like a chore.
You can try writing journal entries from your DR self, that's kinda my favorite. Instead of just reading a bulleted script try writing a quick, casual diary entry from the perspective of your DR self. (Theyrre us and we're them) Write about a completely normal, boring day. Today we just hung out, ordered food, and argued about what movie to watch etc.
Remember!!!! it’s okay if your focus or energy fluctuates. You don't need to be 100% hyperfixated on ur DR every single second for it to be real or achievable. Give urself permission to care about your CR while still being excited for ur other realities. Hope u found this helpful lol 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻💞💌🩶

Heyy I've been meaning to ask you this for a long time. I've been trying to induce sp for some time now and I feel like I kinda succeeded but also not. Idk how to explain this but usually around 6am when I naturally wake up, I lie on back and fall asleep again and when I wake up my body is kinda frozen but also not the way yall describe sp. I'm stuck, but it's not scary and it feels like it's still in my control. I can stay there but when I don't want to I just move v easily and break it. I've tried to induce the void state by affirming in this state but it didn't happen. Do you have any advice? Thank you for reading this🫶

Inducing sleep paralysis and not shifting/ void from the state, a "fail" ?
Hey honey,🧡 first i want to say these things such as manifesting, shifting, void state, inducing other altered states of mind are pretty personal. It's so personal that everyone, I mean every person might experience them very specific and different. It doesn't always happen like the "textbook" version of these things. Like yeah sure there are neurologic indicators that you're indeed in sleep paralysis, but other than that, these are personal experiences. So dont be doubtful of yourself or over analyze your experience.
But yeah, youre much closer than you think, so don't let doubt slow you down. 🩵i think, what youve been experiencing might be a veery specific, high potential state what we call hypnagogia or a light form of MABA. (mind awake body asleep) So youve managed to keep your mind completely calm and conscious while ur body is deeply relaxed. The fact that it wasnt scary and felt under your control is an advantage, so don't take it as a "fail". You dont need to be brutally locked in a terrifying cage to manifest or shift. you just need that deep physical detachment, which you already have via SP.
i have detailed works about SP you can check these from my introduction post I've put all the links you need. Rather than now spelling everything out, it'll be better if u do it 🩷
You mentioned that when you don't want to stay there, you can just move easily and break it. This means a part of your awareness is still actively monitoring your physical body here in this reality. That's the same thing I've experienced in my last sp I've been too focused on my jaw trembling. Next time when u wake up at 6am and feel that floating/ frozen sensation, do NOT test it. Dont try to see if you can move. Act as if your body has completely dissolved into thin air. Ignore the physical vessel entirely.
Also instead of just repeating words like a chore, you can focus on the feeling of nothingness. Your already half detached when in light MABA, (if that was ur case, you can understand that) imagine yourself expanding into the space around you. Don't look for a visual change. Look for a shift in awareness. Affirm with the absolute assumption that youre already there, not that you are trying to get there. Since your body is already highly relaxed and cooperative, use a bit of gentle movement// visualization to push your awareness out of the physical....
You’ve already mastered the hardest part, which is getting your body to cooperate without panic. (I've too been suffering from these for a long time, it's okay. All solvable) Now, its just about letting go of that final thread of physical control. Next time just let yourself melt into the darkness. You got this!!!!!!
Hiiiii girly I have a question. Sorry if it sounds silly and you don't have to answer it. I am Filipina in this reality, and I was wondering if I can change my race with manifestation. But not like rcta, I don't want to do that. Is it possible to be another race? Like I feel like this is a issue not very people might relate to. But I feel so sad and unsatisfied, and I'd like to feel better as myself. So I looked at your posts and I read most of them but I didn't find something that was about this specific issue :( And I think you're white, I wanted to ask you if this would be okay to change my race to white? Is it possible if I use loa to achieve this new look and genetics? Can I change it? Sorry for the long ask I appreciate if you answer

Hey darling.. this is a very personal question and an issue, sorry for being late i kinda thought about it, how to approach your situation etc, and i have a few things to say.
Yes it is technically possible to change your race since LOA means, infinite possibilités and youre choosing among them. You can change your life, mindset, looks, etc etc so that means, everything. I'm not here to tell you "oh don't do that you shouldn't, love yourself!" Yes you should love yourself, yes you are beautiful, smart, and as capable as everyone in this community and you don't need to change anything about yourself.
I don't really support what people call a RCTA, however, if youre sad, and unsatisfied as you mentioned, im not the one to shame you, or lecture you. You have options. You can change your looks; like hair color, skin color, eye color etc, and genetics. You don't have to be another race to have specific features such as, white skin, or colored eyes. If that's what you mean, like I said you can actually stay as an Asian and have these features.
But if your desire is a full change, you can. You should do what will make you happy. If you'll be happy, satisfied, if you'll feel better about yourself, do it. im not a spokesperson for all the white people in the world, and you absolutely don't have to ask for an "allowance" to me nor anyone. This is your reality, and this issue regards your own self. Im sorry for the way you feel, just know you're beautiful, you can achieve anything in life, and everyone in this community, is equal. You're just as capable and perfect as everyone. Everyone can manifest, so do you.
