I have tried two other brands of jackfruit and this one was the best I’ve ever had. This in their Tex Mex flavor and I highly recommend. • Cooked #jackfruit with frozen #peppersandonions. Only added garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Also made fake ground beef aka @morningstarfarms #veggiecrumbles with #cauliflowerrice. Added nutritional yeast, cumin, chili lime seasoning, pepper and jalapeño. • #wholewheattortilla #cheese #springmix #redonion and @traderjoes #pineapplesalsa were the final touches. It was delicious and only cost $4.60 per serving with ingredients left over.
