An element that I really want to incorporate into my Sith Ashoka fic is her drive to help Vader regain as much of his bodily autonomy as possible. Her goal isn't to turn him back to the light side but to do everything she can to free him from the Emperor's control, and giving him more enhanced technology that he has more control over for his prosthetics and life support systems is key to freeing him from Sidious's grasp. I remember reading in one of my books that the limbs given to him as Vader were much heavier and less sophisticated than the arm he got as a Jedi. He hates his suit, but learns to accept it over time because he has no other choice. Ahsoka sees this play out in many different ways after he (forces her) takes her on as his acolyte.
I plan on having her tinker with his mechanical prosthetics a lot, at times with his guidance, to improve and enhance them like he used to with his first prosthetic arm. Actually, I am drawing a lot of inspiration from Fullmetal Alchemist for this. Obviously with a more Star Wars-ey twist on it. But Winry and automail mechanics in general have given me a bunch of ideas for her working on him.
Another element that I'm taking a lot of inspiration from Fullmetal Alchemist for is the Sith Alchemy aspect. Vader is intent on training Ahsoka to be a powerful Sith instead of just another pawn of the Empire. (I could go on about her approach to the dark side and her feelings about the Empire but I will save that for another post.) A big part of his training for her is teaching her the ways of Sith Alchemy. I have been playing with the idea of her looking for a way to create the Sith equivalent to a philosopher's stone to help Vader get his body back (a la the Elric brothers).
We'll see if I actually end up doing that though. She only just started her journey learning about alchemy. We just finished writing a scene where she opened Naga Sadow's Sith holocron.
