I think it’s really funny when fans pretend to be angast and disgusted by obikin and anisoka because of the age gaps like Anakin’s canonical love interest is much better.
Padme was fourteen when she met a nine year old Anakin.
they got married when she was roughly twenty four and he was roughly nineteen.
while a five year age gap isn’t that bad, taking into account how old they were when they met and their ages when married makes it weird real world standers.
and then their twin children have a canonical incest kiss on screen in the original trilogy.
i’m so sorry but star wars is not the fandom to be pearl clutching over problematic age gap ships, you just can’t do that when it and twincest is in the source material.
