anyways, I found that your art is really soft and has a very nice and atmospheric use of color. I was wondering; do you have a specific process in mind when you make art? certain color palettes you like? something you usually end up doing as you draw?

And to answer your question/s : yea I think alot while drawing, especially with the colours. Although my process is not linear nor very clean. I will try to explain it like an ice cube, though. Idk if anything will make sense, but muh , amme try.

I believe that I talked about some stuff here : something about brushes . So I will talk about the colours most pre your question.

Regarding the blue red thing. A very interesting thing about the primary colours [ both types I think ] is that there is a difference in how dark/light they can appear. Blue, for example; is much vivid the darker you go and much, meaning in a way you can make it look much lighter without going all the way up. Red on the other hand, is much vivid when lighter.

All colours change like that, and will change further depending on the colours around them, so keep that in mind.

Another thing that I do is barely blending. Rather, I use multiple lighter/darker shades, giving texture while making it look softer. I blend a little ofc, but not that much, just to keep the textures. Using a blush [ like wet water colours] that smudges or mixes with the around makes it more unified, too. Be careful with that too cuz it can turn muddy real fast.

To make it sharper : make the colours more apart and add more harsh shadows: [ image is a doodle of wed novel : got dropped into a ghost story, still got a work, d-dont ask me much about it I'm still reading]

To even make it more unified, I try to choose a base colour ,in which I follow and choose all the other colours to match it [ oranges and reds for a warm/nostalgic feel, blue and purples for colder/dreamy vides], if my colours are not pushed fully after I'm done colouring the first time around I either : do it again or play with affect layers [ I try to do it right first time on traditional though, can't make many mistakes there]

I think that covers it, ofc there is more, but I think it's more of me thing than something I can really teach? I'm just trying to have fun, and For that, I will say to read about colour theory/s and graphic design, two things that will help ya a lot if you struggle with colours. There is some really good videos and books about it.
