he’s looking at you and the pregnancy tests in complete disbelief, breath shaky and he finds it so hard to steady it. like yeah, he knows you guys have sex unprotected, but i think it’s the fact that he really lets it seep in that he has you. not only that, but now a part of him is growing inside you and it’s all because you love him and let him feel the same for you unashamedly.

definitely falls to his knees and wraps his arms around your waist, kissing your stomach and whispering to it like the baby can already hear him

and for the months to come? he was already attentive, but now he’s really ON IT!!! i even think he’d hire another person or two to help around the ranch eventually because as your pregnancy progresses, he’s gotta put all the attention and focus into you. he gets super strict too, just out of concern. you do no heavy lifting, you must get proper sleep, eat proper meals, vitamins, appointments, alllll of it.

he caters to you through every happy day and every difficult one. he shows you that your body changing to carry a part of him will always make you the sexiest person in his world. he just becomes your superstarrrr

Specifically so that after she graduates whenever Bruce tells her to do something while on patrol and she doesn’t want to, or is just plain annoyed with him, she can respond with “yeah, well which one of us actually graduated med school”

“I only see one person here who has completed med school and it wasnt you”

“Sorry I don’t take orders from drop outs, yes that applies to you too Tim”

And just watch Bruce fume because he can’t say anything without Steph laughing him out of the room cape between his legs

After Damian graduates later on he joins in on it to and it gets 100x more worse

I haven't gotten as much written as I planned by a long shot but here's a snippet of Aydenne and Illario meeting unexpectedly on a job 🤣

Crow!Aydenne feels a little dark but hey it's still a draft right now. Things could change.

Aydenne leaned against the doorframe, arms folded, wearing a smile that didn’t touch his eyes. His gaze flicked to the dagger. “Though I gotta say, it suits you. Steel in your hand, regret in your eyes. A pretty picture.”

Heat prickled the back of Illario’s neck, and he scowled. “What are you doing here?”

“Stealing. Same as you,” Aydenne said, closing the gap with a predator’s ease. Up close, Illario could see blood on his Crow leathers, and the beginnings of a bruise around his beautiful slate-grey eyes. The bruise only made him look more alive; more dangerous. “I take their lives, you take their leftovers.” His grin widened, dimples flashing as his attention lingered on Illario’s grip. “It looks like we both feel good with something gripped tight in our fists, too.”
