☼ Asgore still hopes one day Toriel will simply change her mind, isn't as bitter as UT Toriel, but also isn't as proactive

☼ Muffet is mute, but people often mistake her as being deaf, which can be a dangerous mistake to make if a patron decides to be rude in her presence

☼ Both Alphys and Undyne stutter, though Alphys' is more a natural tic while Undyne primarily only stutters when she's stressed out, and it's specifically more the kind where she'll stop halfway through a sentence and start it over

☼ Sans and Alphys were friends before he joined the guard. It's almost funny, given that neither of them actually want to be in the guard...

☼ Alphys and Toriel have a strange relationship, where Alphys was already a teen when she really met Toriel properly. She somewhat idolizes her, and has a crush on her, which is why she's terrified of failing her

☼ Toriel is somewhat aware of how much strain she's put on those working directly under her, and she feels very guilty for it. She tries to make up for it by baking them pies or other sweets and trying to encourage them to take up relaxing hobbies. It doesn't work that well

☼ Papyrus struggles with anxiety a lot, but it's hard to tell most of the time, since he’s found his patterns and habits and has familiarized himself well enough with most to have an easier time dealing with them

☼ Chara mumbles a lot, so others tend to get the impression they're shy when they really aren't usually

☼ Papyrus and Asgore don't bond over jokes like UT Sans and Toriel do. Asgore tells Papyrus his jokes remind him of someone he used to care about very much, they wind up talking more so about day to day things, or other interests, rather than trading jokes

☼ Papyrus still tends towards putting more effort into his jokes than Sans, however he also unfortunately makes really stupid puns by accident all the time, and only realizes whenever Sans hits him with one of Those Looks, which makes Papyrus groan and bury his head in his hands while Sans laughs

Au headcanons for !!! A bunch of random ones actually lol

✿ In sweetswap, everything is very pastel and soft looking, for the most part, so after surfacing, monsters are genuinely taken aback and a bit surprised how saturated and dense the colours of the surface are. They thought the books and movies might've been artistically exaggerated...

✿ Ice, Invertedfell Papyrus, doesn't have the soft spot for animals most other Fell Papyri have, but he'd actually be excellent at caring for them, and generally finds them easier to deal with than other monsters lol

✿ Void, of Vesselfell fame /j, wasn't always like that! I don't think I address it very often, but he didn't become a Vessel until around 12 ish. Before then, he was almost just a regular Fell Papyrus.

✿ Sylv, Underswap Undyne, focuses a lot more on biological sciences as the Royal Scientist. She's nearly more akin to a medical doctor with her knowledge and specialties, while Axel, Alphys, still has an interest in tech. They still met the same way as in Undertale...

✿ I'm not sure if I've talked about it here or not, but I have a Sometimes-Headcanon that after surfacing Underfell Asgore basically goes into a sort of permanent assistance/rehab type place. It's years before anyone visits (after the one time Gerson does shortly after surfacing), the first being Undyne, and then eventually Papyrus a few years later. Someone comes to check in him at least every few years after that. He’s...content, there.

✿ I've always kind of liked the idea of Grillby having hypnotizing magic, though he rarely if ever uses it, and it's not super strong/wears off quickly

✿ Dusk, Horrorfell Papyrus, can't paint like he used to, but he eventually comes to find comfort in doing what he can, mostly using his knuckles and laying a canvas flat on the floor. Sometimes his cats help lol

✿ Patch, Horrortale Sans, prefers milder weather, making Fall his favorite season. He’s not a fan of Halloween, but sometimes he'll nap in a pile of leaves when he’s done (or taking a break from) raking.

✿ Lace, Lovefell Papyrus, likes doing crafts! Of all kinds. Beading, embroidery, crocheting, wood burning (I can't remember what it's called, when you draw in wood by burning it), sewing, you name it! If it can be done by hand, he enjoys doing it <3

My personality can be described as a mix of the mom friend, the smart one, and the group leader.

The mom friend comes from me being both pretty responsible and being a good advice-giver. When my friends are having problems they go to me for advice, which I'm more than happy to give. I'm also the one to suggest the more responsible and 'smart' options for situations. It's also worth noting that I'm pretty damn perceptive when it comes to people. I may not be able to read your mind but I can tell when something is up.

The smart friend side comes out whenever anyone has an oddly specific question. I know a lot of random stuff just because I enjoy reading and learning in general so I'm usually able to answer with at least a little bit.

The group leader is just because (according to others) I have a natural air of authority around me. I'm not afraid to express my thoughts or take charge of a situation, so people just sort of let me stay in a leadership position. If the group needs to make a final decision I'd be the one to call the final shot.

As for what I look for in a partner? I love people who don't mind physical touch. I'm very touchy-feely with EVERYONE I know, platonic or not, and it's just a big way for me to show my love to people. I also enjoy discussion and hearing people talk. Talking with another person in-depth about something or just hearing them talk is always great. The final thing is leadership, while not entirely necessary, it's something I really enjoy in people. I take a leadership role so often that someone else willing to step up to the spot is not only appreciated but incredibly admirable.

Of any of the characters, I think you’d do really well with Iris (Underswap Toriel)!

Iris has seen a thing or two in her long life, she’s been through the wringer, made a lot of difficult decisions, but still, she is a patient, kind hearted monster at her core.

The two of you align in many ways, as far as being strong leaders and responsible types, as well as being intelligent and good natured. Iris loves to learn, especially from others’ experiences, so the two of you would likely be able to talk about all sorts of things varying wildly in level of seriousness and topic. Similarly, she would share a respect of you and your own skills, and never fail to let you know it! She’s lost many people important to her, so she’s come to be very open and straightforward with her feelings a lot of the time, well aware things can change at the drop of a hat and never wanting anything important to go unsaid.

She’s sweet and quiet a lot of the time, but she can get very serious when the situation calls for it, and she faces challenges head on. She can be strong willed and stubborn at times, but she is good intentioned, and with a little patience, will calm down to a more open minded headspace. She loves to bake and go for long strolls, and she even likes to keep memento journals! She’s also fond of physical affection, and her fur is very very soft, good for cuddles.

She would always be interested in listening to or talking with you, or just spending quality time together, and would help you balance out more so you don’t wear yourself out with responsibilities. She’s a good friend, a good caretaker, and would be a very peaceful and caring partner!
