💯 I Have lived this! 😔 I have always said, "I judge myself excessivly and am brutally harsher on myself than anyone else could possibly ever be. I torment and terrorize myself in ways no one else is capable of. So, if I can survive and overcome the judgment, criticism, and the shit I've self induced... TRUST. I can survive anyone else's opinions and judgments of me". 🌹 👆 I thank the powers that be, that I learned self love, respect, and self care. As well as so many other skills along my journey! 🌹 🙌 ❤️ Life is a never ending learning experience, of which I am so very grateful for! 🌹 If we're not learning how to we're not living, is my philosophy. 🌷 💯 It wasn't an easy feat! It took every ounce of strength I could possibly muster! A lot of positive self talk, to replace the horrific tapes that continuously had been playing in my head, (likely since childhood, including absolutely every mean thing that had ever been said to me along the way, I belived as fact)! I had to change my mind set, believing that I was/am worthy of love and affection. I listened to positive influencers, read some amazing books, and re-evaluated my "safe" people, of whom I could talk to. ❤️ 🎶 Music and writing again was hugely helpful as well!
