i would honestly LOVE to know more about leonora greengrass in your warwounds verse?? i really would love to know more about that verse in general but especially how leonora came to be as a character, a person, why ron wasnt in her life, how she found out about him, how her and rose started to get along, etc? she seems like such a cool character!
Thank you so much anon! I would definitely love to write more about Lo but I think I can answer most of the questions about her through fics I’ve previously uploaded! First is Daphne’s story, where the idea for Lo first arrived. Second, I dove deeper into who Lo is as a person and how she finds out about her father. And third is more focused on Ron and his reaction!Â
The idea actually came to me after I – very briefly – played a Daphne Greengrass character on an RP site that shut down quickly. She ended up having unexpectedly good chemistry with the Ron there, and the idea of them got stuck in the back of my head. My Daphne’s changed a lot now, but I always liked the thought. I also really like Ron/Hermione, but I don’t find it realistic that everybody marries their childhood sweethearts and lives happily ever after. Life gets messier than that.Â
Lo arrived in my head pretty fully-formed as a character and she just fit perfectly. She gave my Rose the person she needed to open up to, which brought her character on by leaps and bounds, and also gave Scorpius some dimension as a cousin even more terrible by nature than he is. So Lo was a convenient method by which to expand my canon next gen characters... but also an OC I got extremely attached to. Oops!
