Luminara Unduli ~ Lotus ~ Spirituality

The Jedi Temple Library was perhaps the largest collection of information compiled in Galactic history. Long rooms radiated from a central rotunda containing a large terminal where one of the librarians might help a Jedi start their search. The Third Hall was lined by shelves filled with glowing holodiscs, datapads, and other tangible reference items. Jedi would research here for star charts, geographical information, and histories of civilizations. This is where Jedi Knight Luminara Unduli found herself—in search of System far in the outer rim.

            “Why are there only coordinates…” Luminara mumbled to herself.

            “Is there something I can help you with, young Jedi?” Madam Jocasta Nu strode up behind Luminara. The head librarian always seemed to appear as soon as you needed her.

            “Oh, yes Master, I am looking for information on a system called Lacrix, but I can find little more than galactic coordinates, which the Council briefing had already provided.”

            “In Wild Space at the farthest reach of the Hydian Way?” replied Master Nu. It was a rhetorical question; she was very familiar with the system. “I suspect the reason you cannot find anything is because Lacrix only recently was connected to any major hyperspace routes.”

            “I did not realize any systems that far from the core had membership in the Galactic Senate” Luminara responded skeptically.

            “It is not common. Yet some systems find reason to join. In one of my last mission before joining the Library corps, I was a member of the delegation that aided in negotiating Lacrix’s admittance. Have you been in contact with their Senator?”

            “Unfortunately she and her aids were all called back to Lacrix several cycles ago but have not been heard from. Their planetary government has asked the Jedi to investigate the matter.”

            “Ah I see… It is strange that you cannot find at least my report on the matter.” Master Nu proceeded to plug some keywords into the computer and finally something new popped up.

“Strange… It seems my report has been locked by the Office of the Supreme Chancellor. I cannot imagine why… Perhaps we should consult Master Windu on this matter.”

“Would he have not said something to me when I was given the assignment?” Luminara wondered.

I met this lovely cosplayer at Cos-con Glasgow 2016. She was so patient waiting for me to get back from doing location shoots. She had spotted my photobook on the Korekuta stall and wanted to get photos done with myself!

Ever since then if she finds out that I am at the same convention she will come looking for me and I am always amazed by her costumes! She hands sews all her costume. Totally blown away with this, As I am a cosplayer who machine sews all my costumes.
