do you ever think about the fact that the bad batch chose a planet that is almost entirely covered by ocean as their new home. like they can never escape their roots from kamino, they can just heal and turn their traumatic experiences into something better, something softer, like the calm sea and beautiful weather, instead of the constant raging storms
Echo fans, rejoice! I found new concept art for Echo's original Season 7 Bad Batch armor!
Turns out, he originally kept his ARC Trooper Pauldron and chest piece, including the hand print! The concept art is interesting, because Omega was originally a dark-haired girl, and Taun We was her handler.
Echo's skin color was also a bit less pasty than his Bad Batch design.
Each day, we get closer and closer to discovering Echo's full original Clone Force 99 armor!
Part of why I feel okay painting all the Kaminoans we meet with the same brush of "kind of an amoral dickhead that abuses the clones, even if they don't recognize it as such." Is that we don't see all the Kaminoans!
We see the megacapitalist scientists.
I'm sure there are Kaminoans that are like. Fine. But those aren't the ones we see! We see the Prime Minister (basically a CEO) and his assistant. We see politicians (driven by capitalism on behalf of the the primeministerCEO) and we see scientists (hired for their willingness to do the amoral things the CEO requires of them).
Like if I walked into Amazon headquarters and only talked to the C-suite, I'm not expecting any of them to be shining examples of ethics and morality who only have the best in mind for their slaves employees.
