I love the “Keep Reading” function. It’s like a pocket dimension or something. It allows you to add lots more to your post than you can actually see. It’s functional and keeps posts looking neat and clean.

I think tumblr should confiscate the like button for like a month, put us all back in the habit of reblogging and then give it back to us once we’ve learned our lesson

Did you know that I follow my own tag? This helps me keep track of all things related to my characters or art that is made for my characters. Another beauty to following tags is the fact that for every post made and tagged as such. the colors of the backdrop changes.
An example of this was the tag, Sadie mac Lir. Before I was tagged by @lisindrw for her lovely head profile drawing of other people’s MCs including Sadie and Hector. The tag was colored purple. I highly encourage doing so. Its fascinating!

Okay, but why does tumblr not just have a “I don’t want to see this post” feature for things that blogs you follow reblog.
I am all for curating my experience. I think it’s why I am still here. But every now and again a popular post that I either dislike, or is so long and annoying, keeps getting reblogged, clogging up my dash.
I don’t want to unfollow the people who have done it. Because they can’t help the StUPId algorithm that decides what I see.
I get the whole “filter tags” stuff. But more often than not, I don’t tag reblogs and for some of those huge long posts I have no idea what to actually filter?
Therefore a “I don’t want to see this post” function. That allows you to block particular posts and thier subsequent reblogs, sounds like a swell idea.
Instead of creating fucking PostPlus @staff should actually make thier platform more usable and intuitive.

What the hell does this mean?
what can i do if my double tap to like doesn't work on the tumbr app? i deleted the app, i redownloaded it, i cleared catche, i checked for updates on both the app and my phone, i signed in, i signed out, i disabled auto tap, i enabled auto tap to like, so...... what more can i do if it still doesn't work? @support @staff
