Today's adventures in simming! Attempted an old coastal Victorian mansion (mostly from scratch with only a google map location for inspo) but I think it would make more sense on a corner lot, rather than the beachfront. A large two tile round window for the top floor was needed so I made a white external recolor for the Maxis mulberry rice paper window. It's difficult to balance out a less boxy facade with a well proportioned internal layout so the inside is kind of a shitshow at the moment.

In (what some might call) a desperate attempt to get The Penthouse @The Coleorton rented, Parchment, Paper & Co invited the design team in to dress it for a three page spread in the less than desirable Metropolitan magazine. 

In the first scene of Episode 2, you’ll learn more about the Holt family and their morning routine. This kitchen was a work in progress for some time as I was never happy with the colors, furniture, etc. to get the look and feel I wanted. The Holts live in an old house that’s in need of repair and don’t have much money, so their house is mainly furnished with thrifted and repurposed items. i’m in one of those moods where i hate decorating and i hate editing pictures, so have some images that involve both of those.

WIP ... Working on my new family’s home on Sims 2. The lady of the house is going to own her own flower shop/farmers market. Or something close to that.
