NukeShine: Architect's Workplace
đź“ťArchitect's Workplace - a business community lot, which I build for BACC-like custom neighborhood. I took inspiration from multiple rule sets, this lot is alternative to Construction Firm, which unlocks more Architect career positions.
Architects can visit and draft, so it serves as a creative space. Also, playable sims who want to buy a community lot (start own business), usually should purchase a blueprint.
Was very surprised how well this idea worked out, with just a couple fun zones it skyrocketed to lvl5. Currently lvl9 and it's the highest achieved business rank.
One of the earliest builds, so it took ages to find original building I was inspired by for credits. Facade inspired greatly copied (T.T) from @vimpse.
