Race 8 of 9 of the #TRUNCE with @tammygaines1, @running_recruiter, Dave, Wayne, Steve, Wendy, @vamplew80 and @squatfordonuts. 🗻 PB's all round tonight, tough run but perfect conditions, we planned ahead, for once got there early and really pushed each other to the max. DAY 13/31 of @10ksarah 's #10KADIM 💚 Because of #TRUNCE 3 and my Regional Meeting with work, today's run was split into a 4K 6:30am blast from home to bolster the distance, followed by tonight's Race 3 of 9 over at Oxspring (see last two images of Strava screenshots) 💚 We had the best group Trunce turnout in ages with @emmalister90, @tammygaines1, @cegrace6, @10ksarah, @donkeydog69, Dave and Gav and despite this month's challenge and this mornings early run I still managed to get a Trunce PB, thanks in part to Emma and Tammy who I knew was hunting me down, especially Em putting in a belting time for her first ever outing !
