SCRAMBLED TRUFFLE EGGS 5 eggs 1/4 cup coconut yogurt 1/3 cup Bio Pizza Shreds Pinch Truffle salt 2-3 tablespoons oil or fat of choice for frying Top with a drizzle of truffle oil and top with some shaved truffle Heat oil in pan over med-high heat In a bowl whisk eggs, then add yogurt , cheese,truffle salt and whisk to combine Pour into pan and gently stir through. Once it’s 3/4 cooked then turn heat off. Divide between two plates.
