Could we maybe have some transCharacter tips? Like not a specific character I'm. Like. We're not trans of a specific character from media. We're like. Trans of a character that doesn't exist, sort of. We're our own fictional character :3
Hallo Anon !! I hope you're having a wonderferous day ^^
Of course I can do that for you !!

β (General) TransCharacter Tips β
1) Intake with your source media. Whether it be watching, reading, listening to it.
2) Interact with your source. Create / look at headcannons, make playlists or Pinterest boards, do redesigns and tell yourself it's "how you remember xyz", ect.
3) If you're a non-cannon character, then insert yourself into that media. Doodle, talk about, or write out scenes and (")memories(") , Draw yourself into it if it's a show or movie , ect.
4) Start referring to yourself as that character. Slip references or phrases into your speech that would make sense for that character.
5) Make a social media account as that character. Think about if you want to make it a roleplay account, or a non-roleplay account. Treat it outwardly as a kin or introject account, because more (non-transid) people will interact with it (positively) that way.

affirm that shit !!!! (pt: affirm that shit !!!! end pt)
you're [insert bodily ID(s)] ?? no, you're [transID(s)] !!
you (don't) have [body part/disorder/etc] ?? wrong !!
you (don't) experience [thing] ?? what are you talking about ??
you're [race/ethnicity/etc] ?? nuh-uh !!
you're [age] ?? nonsense !!
affirmations can relieve dysphoria and, for some transIDs, even help you transition !! i don't know whether they're underrated or popular, but they're a really, really cool thing we have got to use more often !!
trans-hunted tips maybe? thank you!
[ TRANS β HUNTED TIPS ]
USE AT OWN RISK! ARTICLE DOES NOT ENDORSE OR RECOMMEND ANY PERMANENT HARM. THIS TIP LIST IS WRITTEN FOR "CURRENTLY BEING HUNTED".
1. Have a general wariness. Being hunted obviously means your life is on the line, so constantly check your surroundings and tense up. Never be too still in one place.
2. Maintain a "leave no trace" effect. It might help to use VPNs, dispose of all traces of you (rubbish, receipts, boot prints), hide location on apps, etc. Operating under the pretext that you're avoiding being hunted, doing your best to keep hidden should affirm this.
3. If able, one might want to pick up athletics like running. Being hunted like prey involves a whole lot of running and trying to escape, so practicing sprinting (and through woods, if that's the feel) can help feel as though you're fleeing from a hunter.
4. Keep a diary or recording of your experiences. Being hunted means being wary, so record events (real or otherwise). Affirmations really do a lot to the brain, so record events of fleeing from the hunter, of nearly being caught, of finding tracks around your last location, etc.
5. Similar to the last, get yourself into it mentally. Presuming you know the story and motives of your hunter, think about them as a real person(s) and that they are currently out doing something. Try to increase your nervousness around the topic, around the fact you're being hunted.
6. More of an additional tip, but if there are certain contexts and settings that your hunter best operates under, avoid those areas. If they primarily hunt at night, refuse to go out after dark. If they hunt in woods, avoid woods at all costs.
FOOTNOTE: I seriously hope I understood this right lol. This is more for "currently being hunted" than "already hunted/shot".
[ TRANS β ANISOCORIA TIPS ]
USE AT OWN RISK! ARTICLE DOES NOT ENDORSE OR RECOMMEND ANY PERMANENT HARM.
1. Top up on general knowledge of anisocoria. Many people naturally have it from birth as a genetic variation, so whilst it may appear uncommon it's a good excuse for strangers who ask.
Anisocoria also occurs due to trauma or injury to the eye, so simple excuses like being hit in the head, sustaining injuries from sports, and things along those lines can excuse the sudden onset to those around you.
2. Contact lens are the simplest solution! Try to find contact lens that are similar to your eye colour with a dark centre / dilated pupil. Typically "manga style" contacts tend to have this.
Additionally, you can also just go with a whole different colour for one regular contact and one dilated contact, although this will likely make it more obvious they're contacts.
FOOTNOTE: Unfortunately not much I can advise here other than contact lens, as a lot of the physical effects can only be achieved with prescription drugs. Hope this is anything :,)

culd you do β trans stutter β perhaps ?

β TransStutter Tips β
οΉ βΊ β β¦ οΉ βΊ β οΉ β¦ οΉ βΊ β β¦ οΉ βΊ β οΉ β¦οΉ βΊ β β¦ οΉ βΊ β οΉ β¦οΉ βΊ β β¦
1) Figure out what your stutter will sound like
most often ,, beings have specific words and sounds that they struggle with .. impediments also often get worse when the person is stressed ,, tired ,, deregulated ,, or very excited ..
beings may repeat parts of words ,, stretch a sound out for a long time ,, or get stuck before starting a word or in the middle of saying a word .. sounds will often be repeated in the middle or end of the word ,, more often than only the first letter sound ,, but all three exist and can mix together ..
2) Keep your struggles consistent
like I said before ,, beings with speech impediments struggle with specific sounds ;; so do your best to keep them consistent ..
3) Focus on more than the stutter itself
the sutterer (( that is you !! )) may avoid using certain words ,, or they may use different words to keep from stuttering ..
some beings who stutter have certain behaviors that they feel like help stop or decrease their stuttering ,, such as certain eye or head movements ..
for us (( as an entity with a cis speech impediment )) ,, we have hand movements that we feel as though help us get our mouth words out
stuttering is often "" fluid "" ,, meaning at times ,, you may be more fluent;; (( and )) at other times ,, you may stutter more .. these fluctuations can happen day to day ,, hour to hour ,, or even conversation to conversation ..
beings who stutter usually have moreβand different types ofβdisfluencies than other people .. for this reason ,, you may also choose to include something called "" cluttering "" into your speech .. Cluttering is the act of speaking quickly and/or irregularly ,, which leads to disorganization in speech that can make it difficult to understand ..
examples of what cluttering looks like are :: + se of non-stuttering disfluencies β such as frequent use of filler words (( "" uh "" ,, "" um "" ,, ect )) ,, or revision ,, changing what you are saying mid-sentance (("" so Iβ we "" , "" I hadβ I lost my keys "" , ect )) + unexpected pauses during speech + pronouncing words or sounds in an exaggerated or non-typical way

β TransSuperSeverity ("Make It Worse") Tips β
οΉ βΊ β β¦ οΉ βΊ β οΉ β¦ οΉ βΊ β β¦ οΉ βΊ β οΉ β¦οΉ βΊ β β¦ οΉ βΊ β οΉ β¦οΉ βΊ β β¦ οΉ
1) Make the change gradually. If you start doing everything all at once, people are more likely to accuse you of faking it.
2) Drink less water. Hydration is what keeps the human body well oiled. For just about anything that you want to make worse, dehydration (even half) will absolutely make a difference.
3) Decrease the amount of sleep you get. Just like water, sleep is vitally important to keeping the body and mind running. Just a couple of things that decreasing your sleep will do is: increase brain fog and dissociation, increase anxiety, decrease your window of tolerance, increase dizziness, increase pain levels, and increase neurological somatic symptoms such as tics, tremors, and certain types of seizures, ect.
4) Describe your symptoms accurately, but non-professionally. For example, instead of saying "I've been dissociating a lot lately", say things like "I feel like my brain is floating above my body" or "I'm not me anymore. I look in the mirror and even though I know logically that I'm looking at myself, I don't feel any kind of connection or sense of identity." or "It feels like borrowing a sweater. Like, I'm wearing the sweater, but it's not mine."
5) Stop masking. If you already have these things, then you already have symptoms. Stop pretending that you don't. It'll be hard, but when you let yourself be visibly disordered, it gets harder for people to deny that you're struggling.
6) Lean into hyper and/or hypo-vigilence, especially for non-physical conditions.

1: Japanese is a very tonal language, and Japanese people often make a lot of "ah" and "m" sounds that have a wide variety of meanings depending on how they're said. Try to incorporate these into your speech, and research some other common japanese speech patterns.
2: It's considered basic public etiquette to, when on transportation to, not make a lot of noise. Don't listen to music without headphones on, make sure the music can't be heard even with your headphones, don't be on a phone call, ect.
3: In Japan, the most common hair colors (genealogy speaking) are black and dark to medium brown, so you might want to dye your hair one of those colors.
4: Don't randomly smile or wave at strangers. In Japan, doing so would immediately get you flagged as a foreigner, because that's not something that people really do in Japan.
5: While monolids are the most common, double eyelids are the beauty standard.
6: East Asians are not all super pale. The skin tone range is more like this
not this
7: Adding onto that last one, something that is incredibly important, and I'm talking COLLOSAL levels of important, is to de-fetishise your views of what Japanese culture and people are like. If you think that you've already done this, then double check.
8: Learn about Japanese history and culture. This will help you connect to it, and understand the reasoning behind how and why some of it's like how it is in the modern day.
