TransTech : Profiles
Draxhall Jump Transtech Concept Designs
A friend wanted to see how the forged Prowl is like so⦠I tried to design it. Like I mentioned before, theĀ āforged Starscreamā design was probably (perhaps) inspired by TransTech Starscreamās design so I took a lot of elements from that continuity/universe Prowlās design
(the artist is from deviantart, ID: beamer, see the picture below):
Also, there are elements from Roche, Griffithās drawings.Ā
Transformers : FunPub Figure Subscription Service 2013 ( Toy Bios )
Scourge
Function : Clone Commander
ā Vengeance is an excuse for failure. I do not seek vengeance ā
Cunning, dangerous and cruel, Scourge is a no-nonsense field commander charged with leading his army into battle. Although he shows little compassion for his troops, he shows even less for the enemy as he swings his signature Sword of Fury blade relentlessly towards the opposition, seeking to wreak as much bodily damage as possible. Should that fail to deliver the final blow, a barrage attack from his four shoulder-mounted missile launchers will end the fight with definitive results
Formed when multiple personalities ā including the heroic Optimus Prime ā were simultaneously scanned, Scourge rarely speaks of his origins. He detests them. He seeks to one day rectify the ā mix-up ā during his creation by slicing through the Autobot Commanderās armor plating and extinguishing the space of life within
Strength - 10, Intelligence - 9, Speed - 9, Endurance - 10, Rank - 9, Courage - 10, Fireblast - 9, Skill - 9. Total : 75
Slipstream
Function : Espionage
ā The truth is well-hidden. To find it, you have to lose yourself in a sea of lies ā
Slipstream is a mystery to all those whom she meets. No one knows who she is or from where she comes. All that they know is that she seems a little different from the rest of the Cybertronians who have made Axiom Nexus their home
This Decepticon poses as a spy for hire, selling her skills to the top bidders from among the more nefarious members of Axiom Nexusā criminal element. Her ability to cloak her energy signature lends itself well to this line of work as, when enabled, it renders any detector, alarm and some Cybertronians, blind to her whereabouts. Even the TransTech have not found a trustworthy means of tracking her. If cornered, she can use her arm-mounted Alternating Gyro-Power ( AGP ) Nullifier missiles to generate a cascading EMP shockwave capable of disrupting the energy flow in machine, mech and robot for a half-hic. As crafty a schemer as any Starscream, only she knows her true agenda as she stalks the darkest alleys of Axiom Nexus
Strength - 7, Intelligence - 9, Speed - 8, Endurance - 6, Rank - 4, Courage - 9, Fireblast - 6, Skill - 7. Total : 56
Circuit
Function : Messenger
ā Whatever you do, keep rolling ! ā
Circuit isnāt an easy Autobot to trust ; in fact itās best not to trust him at all. While his own interests are his only true concerns, his smooth-talking demeanor can make it seem as though heās made terrible sacrifices for the good of others. His lies and schemes have a wide reach ā ensnaring both Autobot and Decepticon alike ā and force Circuit to constantly travel from one location to the next or else be caught by the victims of his scams. His invisibility shield and decelerator cannon aid him in these endeavors, allowing him to slip out of sight or slow his pursuers to a crawl
Unfortunately for Circuit, he could only run for so long. After the fall of the Decepticon Homeland, he found himself rigged with the same teleportation tag that the Autobots had latched onto the Decepticons. Instead of teleporting him back to a dead Cybertron, however, the device on Circuit malfunctioned and flung him deep in the multiverse and through the dimensional gate in Axiom Nexus
Strength - 5, Intelligence - 9, Speed - 10, Endurance - 5, Rank - 4, Courage - 6, Fireblast - 8, Skill - 10. Total : 57
Breakdown
Function : Scout
ā If Iām so paranoid, then how come everyone really IS watching me ? ā
Breakdown may be a twitchy bundle of neurotic programming impulses but he comes by it honestly. When the Autobots and Decepticons of his universe combined forces to wage a titanic struggle against the technoorganic Destructons, Breakdown was assigned to locate their foesā Maelstrom Fracture Obelisk. Before he could report this ancient structureās location back to Galvatron, he was attacked by Psychokhan. A Psychospear strike pierced his side and the combination of its mental assault and the obeliskās Disentanglement Field sent him careening through cracks in the multiverse. It wasnāt until many stellar cycles later that his energy signature was identified and caught by the TransTechās trans-universal tracers, landing him on the multiversal transit pad within Axiom Nexus. Now he attempts to fit into an unfamiliar world, wearing an identification bolt and under constant surveillance. His concussion cannon and modular vibro-projection engine give him a little comfort at least
Strength - 6, Intelligence - 7, Speed - 8, Endurance - 5, Rank - 4, Courage - 8, Fireblast - 8, Skill - 7. Total : 53
Jackpot
Function : Strategist
ā Youāve got to know when to fold them...because Iām always on a hot streak ! ā
Jackpot coasts through life with a smile and firm belief that everything will turn out okay. Because for him, it usually does. No matter how dire the situation, things seem to come out all right in the end. Of course, he realizes that sometimes luck needs a helping hand and can typically find some way to tilt the odds in his favor...even when heās being chased by a pack of angry Decepticons ( or more recently, TransTech police ). He uses his incredible luck and high speed ( up to 225mph in his roadster mode ) to make up for a general lack of power. In both modes, his side-pipes are photon emitters that can produce blinding light shows or be focused into concentrated heat beams
Strength - 4, Intelligence - 8, Speed - 8, Endurance - 7, Rank - 4, Courage - 8, Fireblast - 4, Skill - 9. Total : 52
Ultra Mammoth
Function : Commander
ā Consistency is victory ā
For eons, Ultra Mammoth had been known as Ultra Magnus ā director of Autobot covert operations and, most recently, commander of the starship Graviton. However, what began with a distress signal sent from Ironworks on Earth led to an event that changed everything. And ended everything. As Ultra Magnus and his crew neared the glowing blue orb many Cybertronians had come to know as home, the fabric of space tore before them and cast the vessel through a temporal wormhole. The momentum from the distortionās pull heaved the Graviton towards a planet. It was Earth but not the Earth with which they were familiar. Having to abandon their vehicle alt-modes for forms that could both function in the hostile new environment as well as withstand the strange energy fields that seemed to affect their robot modes, Ultra Magnus and his crew were no longer the Autobots they once were. Through contact with a strange visitor, he and his crew are now known as the Maximals and roar into battle !

<Wheeljack>--ot sure if anyone is reading me. The bad news is, I donāt think weāve arrived on the 22nd Strata. The good news is, Iām fairly certain that this is the reality Megatron and his Renegade Decepticons have fled to
<Red Alert> Is the Reality Beacon functioning ?
<Wheeljack> I believe so
<Red Alert> Then finish the report back to Cybertron and get ready to patrol. Prowlās team has already departed
<Wheeljack> Perhaps you, Hoist and Jazz should go. I can remain behind, see if I can jury-rig some more equipment
<Red Alert> Hmmm...good idea. Once we rescue Optimus Prime, weāll need some way to get back to Strata 1

<Wheeljack>--the Decepticons earlier today. Prowl, Silverstreak and Trailbreaker encountered Soundwave, Rumble and Frenzy. They were raiding a human military installation belonging to an organization called Unit:E. The āCons managed to get away with research on something called Project Chimera. <Wheeljack>--ot a good day for the Spy Changers. Jazz intercepted communications indicating that Nightracer and Crash Test were conducting a raid on a Sumdac Systems research facility. When we showed up, they had already gotten aw--<static>--ountered a group of superpowered humans !
Prowl did his best to--<static>--them but they thought we were some of Sumdacās robots and attacked us. I used my freeze ray against the leader, an acid-man named Meltdown. Trailbreakerās forcefield was p--<static> --he test against Quake-Makerās unpredictable earthquakes. Hoist grappled with the super-powerful cyborg Trident. Jazz tried to talk down a technophobic woman wearing a suit made of printed circuitry calling herself Circ--<static>--aker. Silverstreak pitted his speed against Nanosec, a super-fast human. And Red Alert did his best against the military-themed Sergeant Chaos
Eventually we were able to defeat this ā Society of Ultimate Villainy ā thanks to Prowlās quick-thinking and level head. When we turned them over to the authorities, Cap--<static>--zone seemed quite put out by the entire affair
I might be burying the lead, though. The Decepticons got away with a pallet of Destronium. I donāt know what they plan to--<static> <static>--nāt be good for us Autobots. We were all pretty glum about the affair but then Jazz reminded us that Optimus Prime was counting on--<static>--nd we werenāt about to let him down. That improved morale considerably

<Wheeljack> More trouble ! This time in Metro City. Hoist happened upon a news report that there was an exhibition at the International Exhibition Center. Professor Morris was showcasing an invention that promised to revolutionize the treatment of certain psychiatric disorders, the Brainwave Scanner. He thought the Decepticons might be interested in it, so Prowl dispatched him, Jazz and Red Alert to patrol
His instincts were--<static><static>--cepticons had infiltrated the convention using holomatter avatars. Jazz realized it when there was a dead ringer for an 80ās era Siouxsie Sioux walking around with someone who looked an awful lot like Lenny Montanaās character in The Godfather. Crash Test and Rumble !
My teammates stormed the center but that was exactly what Soundwave had been counting on. He had warned the local authorities that giant robots would be attacking the show, so they were met by the enforcement division of Sector 7 : Triple I ! Jazz tried to convince the humans we were here to help but they shocked him into submission. Hoist and Red Alert fled
Fearing what would happen to their mission commander, they managed to infiltrate III headquarters by causing a small fire on their facility, then driving in in their alt-modes. Hoist towed Jazz away while Red Alert saved a human who had become trapped in the blaze, the ironically-named Nick Burns. He promised that heād try to convince his superiors of the Autobotsā good intentions
Sadly, the Decepticons stole Professor Morrisā invention. What are Megatron and Soundwave planning ?

<Wheeljack> Hello ?
<Wheeljack> I realize that the previous message was--<static>--ryptic but we were still emotionally recovering from the shock
<Wheeljack> I managed to tap into the Decepticon communications network here on Earth. While I coul--<static>--snāt able to actually decode their messaging
<Wheeljack> Prowl wasted no time organizing a strike force. With the opportunity to finally rescue Optimus Prime upon us, h--<static> <static>--leaving our temporary camp undefended. Red Alert objected but Prowl decided that it was a calculated risk worth taking
<Wheeljack> When we arrived at the Decepticon Earth Base, in an old abandoned mine, we scouted the perimeter but saw no activity. Fearing that Optimus was in danger, Prowl ordered us to attempt to infiltrate without tripping any--<static>--stems
<Wheeljack> At first it looked like we had succeeded. We managed to get to a cen--<static>--mber, where Megatron sat on a throne. But when we moved to apprehend him, he toppled over, a lifeless shell. Thatās when spotlights illuminated our position. <static>--trap !
<Wheeljack> The Decepticons had us surrounded but what was more disturbing was that they were in bodies much like ours ! Megatron and Frenzy shared a body type, Porsche 959. Soundwave became a yellow Ford Thunderbird. Crash Test shared a body-type with me, in blue, white and purple. Rumbleās body was superficially-identical to Silverstreakās. Nightracer became--<static> <static> <static>
<Wheeljack>--talling for time, Iām not sure but Silverstreak mocked Megatron for turning himself into knock-off Spy Changers. He gloated in that--<static> --ron way that, while we may have adopted the look of the inhabitants of Strata 22, he and his cohorts had co-opted and improved their technology. No mere Spy Changers, his troops had used the Project Chimera research and the Destronium to become the second generation of Go-Bots ! And they immediately demonstrated their new abilities, with integrated flight circuits and hand-blasters. We mi--<static> <static>--ed then-and-there, except for Trailbreakerās forcefield. Prowl called a retreat and Hoist and Jazz managed to create enough of a diversion to let us escape before rendezvousing with us at the designated location
<Wheeljack> But our nightmare wasnāt over yet. When we returned to our base, we found that the defense system had turned on us ! We fought our own de--<static>--to a standstill but the fight went out of us when we heard the voice of our own commander, Optimus Prime, taunting us from within. He sounded like someone had drained all of the compassion out of him and replaced it with sheer ruthle--<static> <static>--he second time that day were were forced to retreat, all the while listening to the taunts of ā Nemesis Prime ā
<Wheeljack> Things look grim for us. The Decepticons have superior technology and have--<static>--ur very leader against us with the Brainwave Scanner ! If you donāt hear from us again, I beg you, donāt come looking for us. This world, wherever we are, is lost
ā”ā”ā”
<static>
<static>
<Wheeljack> Come in ? Are you there ?
<Wheeljack> It never rains but it pours. We were licking our wounds, hiding out in a salvage yard outside of Crown City. Tensions--<static>--igh and we started blaming each other for the failures. Red Alert was particularly ha--<static>--Prowl, as he had in fact warned him about the dangers of leaving the base unguarded. They wound up getting into a fistfight. Than--<static>--eapons were used but they still managed to beat the hell out of each other. The rest of us were just too drained to intervene
<Wheeljack> Prowl won the battle but lost the war. Red Alert declared that he had no interest in serving--<static>--eader with judgement as bad as his. He, Trailbreaker, and Silverstreak took off on their own. I begg--<static>--ot to go but Prowl just ordered me to drop it - ā I have no use for Autobots who question my orders ā
<Wheeljack> One bright spot. A half-formed human, some kind of offspring of the junkyardās owner, discovered us. Normally this would be cause f--<static>--ern but Jazz managed to befriend him. Iām thinking that having a human friend to show us the ropes could come in very handy. Plus ā Rusty ā seems like a great kid

<Wheeljack> Our te--<static>--warted Nemesis Primeās play to steal the D-5 supertrain, a fully automated rapid transit system, was dis--<static><static><static>
<Wheeljack> He, Frenzy and Crash Test appeared at its inaugural launch from Jasper, Nev--<static><static>--tely for us, a local nurse recognized their alt-modes from news footage, which allowed us to intercept them
<Wheeljack> Hoist and I were able to stop Crash Test from toppling a building on top of two cats with collars reading ā Ding Dong ā and ā Chi Chi ā. Prowl confronted Nemesis and tried to remind him of h--<static>--ime as Autobot leader. He said that he knew exactly who he WAS but that the old Optimus was gone forever. Jazz--<static><static>--ep Frenzy from driving the train out of the city but Frenzyās vibrations were able to disrupt his circuitry
<Wheeljack> We tracked--<static>--wn, aided by, well, tracks. There were only so many places they could go. But by the ti--<static>--aught up with them, theyād mastered the trainās capabilities. The locomotiveās Search Mode quickly located us, allowing them to use the gondola carās Proton Laser Cannon to knock us out of the sky. <static>--hey sicced the cabooseās Hawkfighter mode on us
<Wheeljack> Fortunately, Prowl had taken precautions. We we--<static><static>--isrupt the Decepticon control of the train by initiating the emergency ā Red Mode ā, causing it to self-dest--<static>
<Wheejack> With his weapon destroyed, Nemesis Prime fou--<static>--elf surrounded. He grabbed a human from a nearby car, a young woman named Kelly and threatened to blast her if we didnāt surrendered. Prowl lay down his gun at Primeās feet but said that he didnāt believe he would ev--<static>--a human. Prime seemed to struggle with himself, even as Crash Test and Frenzy urged him on...then he grabbed Frenzy and slammed him into Crash Test ! Optimus Prime was back !
<Wheeljack> Hoist lamented that we had to destroy an invention as magnificent as the D-5, surely the grandpa of all train-based weapon systems and vowed to reconstruct it for the humans in his off-time
Meanwhile, Red Alertās team tracked the Decepticons to Asia, spending days attempting to ascertain the next move of the Go-Bots, who struck at Auckland, Jakarta, then Manila. Red Alert predicted an attack on an international scientific conference in Wuhan, China, hosted by Arbco. The cent--<static>--of the conference was the prototype of a new model of exosuit, designed primarily for search-and-rescue operations in hazardous environments
<Wheeljack> Sure enough, a team of Decepticons arrived, breaking down the windows as they flew in and landed on the stage. Soundwave--<static>--hat the humans turn over the suit and all its support equipment
<Wheeljack> Red Alert, Silverst--<static>--ailbreaker revealed themselves and Silverstreak demanded that the Decepticons immediately surrender. In response, Rumble and Nightracer aimed their hands at the audience and threatened to open fire unless they backed down. Reluctantly, my colleagues conceded that Trailbreaker couldnāt bring up a forcefield large enough to cover--<static><static>--ector, so they started backing away
<Wheeljack> It seemed for certain that the Decepticons would g--<static>--prize but that was when the humans fought back. One of the scientists yelled : ā Now ! ā. She ripped off her lab coat to reveal military-style fatigues. Others started to do the sameā¦it was an ambush !
<Wheeljack> Three humans opened fire on the Decepticons with primitive electro-disruptors and drove them back. Soundwave ordered a retr--<static><static>--oo damaged to fly, Soundwave and Nightracer converted to car modes while Rumble did his best to cover their backs. Rumble tried to charge a shot of his hand-blaster to bring down part of the roof on his opponents but he never--<static><static><static>--shot in the back by one of the male humans who had scrambled into the exosuit
<Wheeljack> Red Alert's team pursued the two second generation Go-Bots, trapping them in a cul-de-sac. Silverstreak--<static>--a crane and toppled some girders onto Nightracer and Trailbreaker tackled Soundwave and affixed cuffs to him
<Wheeljack> Taking a chance, Red Alert introduced himself to the individuals who captured Rumble. They were skeptical but willing to accept that his team was here to help. They are a--<static>--alled the Peopleās Liberation Army Paranormal Taskforce. The three operatives were Dr.Li Shaoshao, lead designer of the anti-Cybertronian hardware ; Colonel Qian Zilong, an expert pilot ; and Special Agent ā Cancer ā, a martial artist and expert on mysticism. They thanked the Spy Changers for their help
<Wheeljack> Optimus Prime, now in his correct colors, summoned Red Alert and Prowl to him and they apologized for the infighting. We now outnumbered Megatron eight-to-one and tracked him to his lair...but too late ! We--<static>--pon him just as he was diving through a Reality Bridge, which self-destructed behind him. We despaired that he was loose in th--<static><static>...until a strange, purple-and-green half-wasp / half-motorcycle appeared. He told us that there was no time to lose, Megatron was linking up with two other, like-minded tyrants and worse yet, there were six Cybertronian Sparks vulnerable to his manipulation ! With us as the only hope for Blurr, Scavenger, Brawn, Perceptor, Mirage and Banzaitron, we prepared to follow this strange being into the unknown
<Wheeljack> I still donāt know where this place is but I ho--<static>--e leave it the better for our brief sojourn here. The humans here seem capable of amazing things. Iām happy we were able to prevent the Decepticons from twisting their brilliance into something rotten. Part of me is concerned about what they will do with our Decepticon prisoners in--<static>--sence but our new allies assure us the prisoners wonāt be mistreated, nor allowed to cause further mischief
And now, once more unto the breach ! We will return home to Strata 1 someday, once Megatr--<static>--s secure. What wonders weāll see and new allies weāll make, only time will tell
<Wheeljack> Wheeljack out !

Firecracker ( TransTech )
Unfinished 2009 Story by David Willis
Firecracker didnāt have time for this. The patterned lights, the suspicious looks, the leading questions...he had better things to do. More exciting things to do ! His life here on Axiom Nexus had a pace. A plan. It was a loose plan, admittedly, which evolved to suit his whims but sitting here, in this room, under these lights ā this was definitely not part of it
Ā« Got places to be, man Ā» - Firecracker raised his feet off the ground and slapped them down on the table in front of him, like a challenge
His host, the TransTech known as Cheetor, ignored the LowTechās attitude. He shuffled the holopages scattered in front of him, searching, studying, his expression hiding behind a faceless mask. The glow from the computerwork glowed against his frame, highlighting the tall, wheeled shoulders. Like Firecracker, Cheetor was obviously built for speed. But he did not show it. Instead, Cheetor spent what felt to the Go-Bot like an eternity. Pointless reading. Evaluating. Eyes darting from page-to-page. What. The. Slag
Finally, Cheetor spoke - Ā« How long have you been on Axiom Nexus ? Ā»
Arms clasped behind his head, Firecracker chuckled - Ā« Me ? Oh, I dunno. Seems like forever. Vorn, maybe ? Vorn anā a half ? Ā»
Back to reading
Ā« Look, just tell me what I did. Tell me what I did anā I can get back to my stuff, okay ? Ā»
Cheetor stood up from the table. He was certainly tall, this one. Most of the TransTechs seemed huge, in fact. Huge, technological creatures, the TransTechs were. But Cheetor, whose legs stretched up for forever, seemed particularly tall, his arms folded behind his back - Ā« In all your time here in the Offworlder Zones, have you ever seen an Optimus Prime ? A Megatron ? Ā»
What a dumb question. Firecrackerās eyes left the conversation and started staring at the corner, bored - Ā« Slag no. Those guys aināt allowed in here. If they do end up here, you send āem right back. Everyone knows that Ā». When Firecracker first came to Axiom Nexus, it was a fairly conspicuous absence. So much of his old life had been dominated by a Prime and a Megatron. That was why, of course, those kinds of Transformers werenāt allowed in the city. They were too dangerous. Their personalities, measured on average across the multiverse, tended to be larger than life. Who wanted some Megatron-led insurrection in the Offworlder Zones ? Who wanted some fantastically-charismatic Prime rallying troops for a cause ? They werenāt the only personalities banned outright but theirs were missed the most. By some, anyway. And never for long
Ā« Firecracker, youāre originally from the Primax cluster, correct ? Primax 095.0 Beta ? Ā»
Ā« Sure. Like that means anything to me anymore Ā»
Cheetor tapped a few holokeys - Ā« Just a few days ago, our Dimensional Sciences Minister cataloged a new universal stream Ā» - more typing - Ā« Tell meā¦who is this ? Ā»
In the middle of the table, a familiar mechanoid was assembled from its holoprojectors. It was an Autobot, it was short and stocky, with thin arms and its chest was adorned with the hood of an Earth-style automobile. It was mostly red but with yellow legs punctuated with button-like sculpting. Its legs ended in small, pipe-like feet. Slowly, the projection rotated. Its head was blue, which was weird but it was no less familiar
Ā« Easy. Thatās me Ā»
Ā« No Ā» - Cheetor corrected. He tapped another key. A name identified the holographic Autobot - Ā« That is Optimus Prime Ā»
***
Probation ? Whatever. Firecracker was let go and thatās all that really mattered
Cheetor told him heād be watched for a period of time. If Firecracker was, it turned out, related to or a multiversal counterpart of Optimus Prime, heād be wiped and quickly shown the door back to his home dimension. Firecracker would have felt threatened if the idea werenāt so ridiculous. Him ? An Optimus Prime ? Heād never given a speech in his life. He was no warrior, thatās for sure. And he wasnāt no truck. He was built for racing, plain and simple. Racing was it, as far as he was concerned. There was nothing more important than getting to where you were going. Did it even matter where you were going ? No ! Life meant motion and Firecracker wanted to feel as alive as possible
Firecracker was outside now, alone-except-for-the-mechs-he-was-told-would-shadow-him and so he transformed. All he had to do now was avoid ā Prime-like behavior ā. That should be easy enough. He cranked up his engines and as every Transformer in the courtyard held their audio-sensors, he immediately broke the local speed limit
Few things pleased him more than dodging obstacles and other mechs at a speed he couldnāt bother to calculate. It was a game to him, a sport. The only thing that pleased him more was competition. Today, he had some. There was a blue car following him, Earth-style, with lighter blue flames on the hood surrounding an exposed engine. He was sure it wasnāt one of the TransTechsā parole officers. No, this one was following him like it was in love. Firecracker was happy to oblige and he careened around a corner so tightly and with such ferocious grace that he couldnāt blame his stalker
Letās see him do that !
But he did. The blue car was still behind him. Now this was getting interesting
