#toe touch

I swear as it gets longer, Rhett’s hair is getting lighter and blonder.   And his hair is so curly... I kind of knew it was, but it is so curly. Wonder how he’ll wear it as it gets longer.

So the boys are trending all over twitter.  It must be a good feeling for them, this far into the game that they can still bring it. 

After all the wonderful pictures and videos from the the Dodgers game, do you think they ever step back, see how they are with each other and think about it? I’m specifically thinking about the ‘toe touch’  Often that move is seen when they are on the red carpet and they are being asked to pose (I know that is not by any means the only time, that it is something they do  A LOT)  but in this one, there they are in a wide open space, waiting on the sidelines to go up and pitch, and yet they stand, close with feet touching.  Maybe it’s more noticeable because the picture is taken from behind.  I called it yesterday their ‘security blanket’... Do you think it’s something they realise they do, or just that deep need to be connected that they just don’t seem to be able to stop doing in some way or another.  Do they know it’s not an everyday thing, even for best friends?  Do they understand that their friendship is kind of different?

Was thinking how happy they would have been yesterday, just doing that pitch together perfectly and how proud they would have been of each other.  A long talk afterwards as to how it went and how great each other did. Some soft words and hopefully warm hugs.
