i love to eat dried seaweed … i have hashimoto’s thyroiditis and the iodine in seaweed helps calm some of the symptoms (alongside my meds ofc) and the umami of seaweed also helps with meat cravings since i dont eat meat :3 plussss the salt content helps increase my blood pressure
not to mention makes me feel like a lil fox who just found the most awesomest snack ever by the ocean mmmmm

this is probably the most validation i’ve felt from my doctor ever since i started seeing her last august. lab work after lab work kept coming back “normal” until now. now i wonder if my fibromyalgia isn’t really fibromyalgia. now i wonder if my IBS and/or pelvic floor issues aren’t really ibs and pelvic floor issues. maybe i cant stop my jaír from falling out now

Mandana never wanted to be under blankets until very recently. It’s super cute and I don’t mind sharing but if it’s a side effect of her thyroid problem then I’m hoping the medication will make her more comfortable.
Do any of my Delicious Passengers take Synthroid? I had to start it again, and I’m grouchy about it because the last thyroid medication I was put on was brutal. I was sick all the time and sleeping like 18 hours a day. Did you have experiences like that?
