In today’s world, for our own survival, we put on a mask and tell the world “I’m brave, and I’m strong enough to take it!” Even if we’re hurt from inside, we still don’t want to seem weak to others, and we think acting strong will make ourselves believe that we’re really strong and we can face our problems. This is where we fail. As an individual, the point where you start acting opposite to what’s really inside you, hurts you in the long run. You start to pile up all the negative emotions and your problems together in your brain. This makes your brain stressed out even more, and at the end, you may have an outburst of emotions and then it’ll be too late for someone to understand your emotions or your problems. That’s because everything will come out together. It’ll just not make any sense. So for your own benefit, sometimes, it’s easier to take out that “I AM STRONG MASK” and let go of your thoughts to your loved one. The person hearing you can be anyone whom you feel safe, your partner, friend or a family member. Just remember one thing, SOMEONE WILL LISTEN!!
