You know those barely getting any sleep nights. * * Where you're feeling like you're thinking through a fog and you have to double check everything you do to make sure you did it right lol? * * Yup that's me today. I had both kiddos in bed with me last night and both kept me up till around 1 am. Lord knows how an 8-year-old, almost 2-year-old and a cat can sandwich me into the tiniest space in a king-sized bed. * * Needless to say when my alarm when off at 7:30 am on a Sat I was not amused. But today was #TheBigSweat! A contest my company was running to celebrate all our hard work and frack it if I wasn't going to join in foggy headed or not. * * I embodied one of my favorite heroes, a man who never gives up against any odds Superman. I powered through my workouts like Superman punching through a brick wall! @beachbody PIYO Lower Body this morning!! Before completing a round of PIYO last fall, I thought yoga was going to be easy. Never in a million years did I think it would help me develop the core strength and stability I was missing. It was exactly what I needed to up my fitness level and I still find myself going back to it from time to time to help get that lean strengthening it gives. I chose this one today for my scheduled "rest day" from my current program LIIFT4. Listen... let me tell you a secret 🤫 I can get embarrassed super easy. I don’t like doing things occasionally where people can see me or on display 🙄😳. So for me to bust out and get this 30 minutes in this morning with a bustling marina where the rest of the year was quiet! Was a big inner deal to me to not worry about what others think 🤔 say comment or inspire. Gotta do it for you! It’s so easy to get of track when you’re enjoying summer ☀️💦 fun and food! We always need to have a reminder that’s stronger than something temporary 👙 like a bathing suit. Mine that always drives me is my health my whole body as a system running on a full tank instead of empty or having mechanical issues. Temporary goals like summer 👙 help to get me started then what??
