After a few minutes of self motivational talk got moving! This week a friend of mine lost her husband. He had diabetes and honestly didn’t take care of himself. He didn’t eat the right things and because of that he lost is leg. I like my legs just sayin’ so... If it meant I’d have to change my lifestyle to get and stay healthier I’d do it and did 7 years ago! It doesn’t have to be hard balance and sustainable is why I became a Wellness Coach. Need a hand? I don't know about you 2020 has been easy to get off track and step back into old ways! It's easy to forget what you've worked hard to achieve then eat everything you see 👀.
