I still don't have personality ideas for all of them either. Imo they should be as opposite as possible while still making sense in-universe.

So far i have:

SG Inferno is very anti-authority, maybe even a punk or an anarchist. He often butts heads with Megatron, and if he thinks his plan is better than what the others are currently doing, he'll put it into action which obviously creates problems. He's pissed that the Maximal elders tried to control him with programming (which Tarantulas removed before the protoform activated).

SG Tarantulas is a calm, gentle team mom.

SG Transmutate is very distrusting and defensive when she joins the Predacons, since the Maximals openly wanted to kill her (though Transmutate eventually opens up to the Predacons). She's also often frustrated with how she has a hard time with things that are clearly easy for the others.

I mostly dabble in hypno stuff here, but I'm also into a laundry list of other things, so ask me about it and I'll gladly share. I also support the barter system, I will trade writing commissions, subby tasks, and free GMd ttrpg games in exchange for: art/illustrations, hypno sesh, food, or whatever else you may have to offer.

I'm also a huge fucking nerd. I am into TTRPGs (except DnD, I hate that one), comics, anime, video games, board games. Ya know, nerd shit.
