For how silly and goofy as Headmaster is...one has to remember he got off scott free multiple times hijacked Bulkhead's body, hacked a news broadcast, nearly destroyed all of Detroit, put the Autobots on the ropes, and hijacked Sentinel (though safe to safe no one minds)

I was talking with a friend on discord, and at some point I said, “Did you guys ever think about the fact that if it was any another continuity, Headmaster would have killed Bulkhead and Sentinel by taking their heads off?” Because in TFA, they are mostly machine, not so much alien, while in other continuities, removal of heads kill Cybertronians, except in cases of carefully controlled surgeries, due to their more alien nature. So, I made an AU called, “The Reality of the Allspark,” basically where almost everything is normal, except for the fact that Bulkhead and Sentinel are put out of commission for at least a few episodes until they can get the heads reached fully before Sari can use the key on them. Unfortunately, Starscream doesn’t have that luxury, with the Allspark shard keeping him alive, but without access to the systems that would allow him to fully heal, until his head is reached to his body, he is in a constant state of pain and bleeding out.
